Recently acquired, modern, beautiful, spacious and luxurious open plan living. Centrally heated through out. Fully equipped with dvds, books playing cards etc.

Living space... large and open plan with corner sofa, coffee table and log burning effect electric fire. 43inch Tv and DVD player. Built in radio & speakers. Patio doors which open onto the secure decking.

kitchen space... fully equipped kitchen with plenty of crockery and cutlery including a large double drawer air fryer. High level built in microwave, integrated dishwasher and a full size fridge freezer. Free standing dining table with four chairs.

A door leads from the kitchen to the hallway, here you will find the three bedrooms and shower room.

shower room...a large shower cubicle,WC, sink with mirrored cupboard above and shaving socket. Large heated towel rail.

Bedroom 1...this room has two full size single beds. They are set out in a 'L' shape, with a double wardrobe at one end and 32inch wall mounted DVD TV at the other. USB sockets.

Bedroom 2...this room has two 30inch wide single beds which are laid out top to toe along one wall.  Each bed has a single wardrobe and bedside lamps with USB points.

Bedroom 3...Main double bedroom, en suite WC. There is a wall mounted tv, bedside lamps and usb sockets. There is a dressing table with stool and  mirror above.  In this room you will find a hair dryer and hair straighteners.

Beds made for your arrival.  Towels are not provided.

This well maintained non smoking holiday home is open plan and spacious. Caravan has WiFi availability through Parkdean log in. It has 3 bedrooms therefore sleeping 8 people when using the lounge full size, pull down bed. The bedrooms have lined black out curtains ensuring a good nights sleep.

There is a large secure south facing decking with gates, making it safe for small children. On the decking there is outside furniture & coal BBQ.

THere is an additional cost of £25 for dogs.  Dogs must not be left alone in the caravan.

A £100 non refundable deposit per week is required when you book your holiday (due within 7 days of booking). The balance is then due 4 weeks prior to your holiday, unless a last minute booking.  When paying the balance of your holiday, we require a £100 good housekeeping bond. This covers any breakages or any extra cleaning which may be required. This will be refunded shortly after your holiday, once the caravan has been checked.

Should you cancel your holiday once paid in full, I will re advertise your holiday and should it sell, compensate you with the value the holiday resold at.

THere is an additional cost of £25 for dogs.  Dogs must not be left alone in the caravan.  Should your pet like to sit on the furniture, please bring throws with you.
