This well maintained non smoking holiday home is open plan and spacious. It has two bedrooms therefore sleeping 6 when using the lounge sofa bed.

There is decking with a gate making it safe for small children & dogs. On the decking there is a BBQ with table & chairs.

There is designated parking for 2 cars.

BEDS ARE MADE FOR YOUR ARRIVEL. TOWELS ARE NOT PROVIDED

THE LIVING AREA

Upon entering the caravan there is the boiler cupboard to the right where the hoover & ironing board are housed.

There is a corner sofa which has a pull out sofa bed with scatter cushions, DVD TV, electric fire & radiator. There are plenty of DVDs, games and books to keep you entertained.

There is a rectangular table that will seat 6.

Should your dogs like to sit on the furniture we would appreciate it if you bring throws to protect it.

THE KITCHEN AREA

The kitchen has a gas oven and grill with a 4 burner hob, fridge freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, George foreman, sandwich toaster and much more.

BEDROOM 1

This room has a double bed, side tables, overhead storage, double wardrobe & mirrored dressing table. There is also a radiator. A hairdryer and hair straighteners are provided.

BEDROOM 2

This room has 2 single beds with overhead storage with a single wardrobe, mirror & radiator.

BATHROOM

This bathroom is spacious with a double shower, sink with mirrored cupboard above, electric shaving socket & toilet, There is a heated towel rail.  It has a "jack n jill" style door into the double room.

A £100 non refundable deposit per week is required when you book your holiday, due within 7 days of booking. The balance is due 4 weeks prior your holiday.

we do require £100 good housekeeping bond which we will usually transfer back to you the same day as your departure.

DOGS

Dogs are welcome, a maximum of 2 at an additional cost of £15 per dog.

DOGS MUST NOT BE LEFT ALONE IN THE CARAVAN. SHOULD YOUR DOG LIKE TO SIT ON THE FURNITURE, PLEASE BRING THROWS WITH YOU.
