Recently acquired modern, double glazed with central heating, spacious two bedroom caravan with outside furniture and coal BBQ. Designated parking for 2 cars. Sleeps 6 (using pull out in lounge). Beds made for your arrival. Tea towels and shower mat also provided.

Garden is fully enclosed, child/dog safe with a gravelled area and an artificial grassed area with seating and coal BBQ, so that you can enjoy the outdoor space.

Living space

When entering the caravan, you will find that it is spacious, bright, and of a good layout.  The living space has 2 radiators. There is ample space at the dining table, and if needed the hi chair fits with ease.  The corner sofa, with scatter cushions, faces the 43" freesat smart television, DVD player, CD/radio player and remote controlled electric fire. Next to the corner side is an electric plug socket with 2 USB points. In the cupboards you will find a variety of books, DVDs, games and puzzles to keep you entertained, should you need.

The kitchen area is well equipped for your every day needs, including an airfryer.  There is a plug socket with 2 USB points. Tea towels and cleaning products are provided for your use.

Access to the bedrooms lead off from the living space via a hallway

Twin bedroom 

Twin beds with bedside table and lamp.  Single wardrobe, mirror and radiator.

Main Double Bedroom

This room is extremely spacious with a double bed, bedside tables and lamps, with drawers underneath.  There is a double wardrobe, shelf, radiator and more than enough room for a travel cot and still be able to walk freely around the room. Above the shelf you will also find a 32" wall mounted, smart freesat Tv.

Shower Room

This, again, is a spacious room with shower, wash basin heated towel rail and toilet.  This is also where you will find the boiler. Access to this room is via the hallway or from the double bedroom.

Park Facilities 

Freshwater Beach Holiday Park boasts its own private beach and amazing facilities which include;

Outdoor Pool: recently renovated outdoor heated pools that lends themselves to every age group, whether it's a swim or just a paddle and splash. Enjoy the grassed pool area, which has a snack van in the pool grounds.

Site Shop: this shop is fully stocked with just about anything you may need and at very reasonable prices.

Jurasic Fun Centre: this is where you will find the hairdresser and nail salon. The Rolling Stones bar and restaurant, with a ten pin bowling alley  (which is an added cost).

The indoor swimming pools are also here, together with Sauna, Steam Room, Jacuzzi and Gym.   The indoor pools have also been renovated with new slides to enhance your fun experience.

Atlantic Bar/Facility

This is where you will find the main entertainment bar and dance floor. It hosts various music acts/groups etc.

In this building you will also find the relaxing SunSet Bar/cocktail lounge (upper level), and the Cellar Bar, a smaller, intimate bar (lower level).

A £100 non refundable deposit per week is required in order to secure holiday (due within 7 days of booking).

The balance is due 4 weeks prior to your holiday date, unless a last minute booking.

when paying the holiday balance a good housekeeping bond of £100 will also be payable. This bond is usually returned on the day of your departure, once we have check all is in order, as we clean and do the change over of the caravan ourselves.

An additional cost of £25 for dogs.

Dogs must not be left alone in the caravan . SHOULD YOUR DOG LIKE TO SIT ON THE FURNITURE, PLEASE BRING THROWS WITH YOU.

Freshwater Beach Holiday Park is located in the South West of England in the beautiful county of Dorset. Spend a wonderful seaside vacation on the coast, making the most of the private beach. There is also a Golf Course (not part of the park itself, but adjoining the site).

You can hire caravan holiday homes or pitch your tent, tourer or motorhome in our camping fields.
