West Bay, Bridport, Dorset (Ref.105643)

This caravan is coming off pitch as end of licence on park, but we have Ocean Sands 78, a large 3 bedroom caravan and Harbour Valley 21, a 2 bedroom caravan.   Each have secure decking and designated parking next to the caravan.

This well maintained non smoking holiday home is open plan and spacious. Caravan has WiFi availability through Parkdean log in. It has 3 bedrooms therefore sleeping 8 people when using the lounge sofa bed.The bedrooms have lined black out curtains ensuring a good nights sleep.

There is decking (24 ft x 8 ft) with gate making it safe for small children. On the decking there is a bench, BBQ & table and chairs.

Designated private parking for 2/3 cars.

Please note that once the caravan is booked we remove that week from the site to avoid any confusion of double booking.

THE ENTRANCE

Here there are 2 cupboards, 1 houses the boiler the other is for storage, this is where you will find the vacuum, ironing board and iron.

THE LIVING AREA

The living area has 2 comfortable settees with scatter cushions, a coffee table, 32 inch wall mounted TV with free sat and a seperate DVD player, Electric fire, wall unit and radiator.

THE DINING AREA

The dining table is triangular with fitted seating and 2 free standing stools.

THE KITCHEN AREA

The kitchen has a gas oven and 4 burner hob, integrated fridge freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle and fully equipped cupboards for all your needs. There are  all cleaning products to aid with the upkeep during your stay.

BEDROOM 1

This room comprises of a double bed, radiator, fitted bedside shelves, overhead storage, double wardrobe, small dressing table with mirror, hair dryer, straighteners and a wall mounted TV with built in DVD player.

BEDROOM 2

This room is also set as a double room with overhead storage cupboards one side unit, radiator, mirror and a single wardrobe. 

BEDROOM 3

Our twin room has the twin beds, overhead storage, short single wardrobe, radiator and a mirror on the wall.

SHOWER ROOM

There is a sink and mirrored cupboard with a double shower unit, heated towel rail and extractor fan.

TOILET

This is separate to the shower room and consists of the toilet, small sink and heated towel rail.

A television licence is held for this caravan. PAT testing is also completed and up to date.

A £100 non refundable deposit per week is required when you book your holiday (due within 7 days of booking). The balance is then due 4 weeks prior to your holiday, unless a last minute booking.  When paying the balance of your holiday, we require a £100 good housekeeping bond. This covers any breakages or any extra cleaning which may be required. This will be refunded shortly after your holiday, once the caravan has been checked.

Should you can cel your holiday once paid in full, I will re advertise your holiday and should it sell, compensate you with the value the holiday resold at.

DOGS

A dog may be considered  at an additional cost of £15 per dog.

 Dogs must not be left alone in the caravan . SHOULD YOUR DOG LIKE TO SIT ON THE FURNITURE, PLEASE BRING THROWS WITH YOU.
