2 bedroom 4/6 berth caravan
the usage of gas and electric are included in hire price
lounge,dining room as tv with freeview
well stocked kitchen with microwave.kettle. toaster
pans crockery and cutlery for 6 people
all gas and electric apliances are fully certified
shower room with wash basin and toilet
bedding provided ( pillows duvets with covers sheets and pillowcases ) for 4 people extra sleeping in lounge with own sleeping equipment
the site is only 2 mins walk to sandy beach and a pleasant 15/20 mins walk along the beach brings you to Cromer and its pier that can be seen from the caravan and all its other attractions stated in the site description.
For the less energetic a 2 mins walk the opposite way is the village of East Runton with buses to Cromer and Sherringham and places further afield
East Runton has local shops, pubs and a club with regular bingo
Cromer is 1 mile south and beyond that is many other small resorts before the larger commercial resort of Gt Yarmouth
Sherringham is 5 miles to the north and beyond that is the towns of (Wells by sea) Walsingham and Hunstanton
there is ample car parking alongside the caravan
although I can not put down a sea view the sea is about 250yds and can be seen when stood out side
there are 4 golf courses within 10 miles
2 reasonably priced one is less than a mile away
2 more expencive ones
ref corona this year we are only renting 6 days per week to give time for a thurough clean in between guests
although you will only be staving 6 days you will be allowed to stay till mid afternoon on the day of leaving

The Gap Caravan Site is located in a fantastic position, footsteps away from the beach, on the cliff tops of East Runton in North Norfolk, just over a mile away from Cromer town centre.
The park has remarkable views of the sea and the surrounding countryside. Cromer pier, church and lighthouse can also be seen from most parts of the site. There is a slope opposite our entrance which goes straight down to East Runton's very own Blue Flag beach, leading to hours of fun to be had building sandcastles or searching for crabs in the rock pools at low tide. East Runton also offers two pubs, a Greek restaurant, Fish & Chips and a convenience shop. Within waking distance is the town of Cromer, with it's Blue Flag sandy beaches, famous pier, Church, numerous cafes and shops, museum, cinema and the end of pier 'Seaside Special' shows. There is also a train station which runs direct to the fine city of Norwich, which is 40 minutes away.
Sheringham, a short five minute drive away, is another busy seaside town. It has the 'Splash' Leisure Pool as well as beautiful gardens to see at Priory Maze and Gardens. There is also the opportunity to hop on the North Norfolk Steam Railway to take a ride to the Georgian town of Holt.
Whatever time of year you choose to holiday at Gap Caravan Park you are bound to find plenty to see and do and one thing is certain - one visit is never enough...
