Seldons Golden Gate, Towyn, Conwy, North Wales (Ref.111919)

This caravan was purchased as a getaway for our family when needed due to the sudden passing of our beloved Bobby in October 2021. I absolutely love this caravan and its my escape from my sadness and I hope all families who stay at Bobby's look after it and treat it like their home. We've redecorated Bobby's and I've made my mark on Bobby's Place and give it a more at home feeling not just for me and my family but for all our lovely visitors as well who stay at Bobby's Place all we ask is please respect Bobby's Place and rules.

£100 deposit required which is refunded after check out as long as t&c's are followed.

● no pets allowed

● no smoking/vaping in any part of the caravan including the Decking

● The caravan should be left in a clean, tidy and no damage condition, please leave as you would like to find it.

● All rubbish needs to be disposed of in the site skips 

● Bed must be stripped on day of departure (if beds are not used they dont need to be stripped) all dirty bedding needs to be placed in the white bags (in kitchen draw) 

● No candles to be used inside the caravan 

● No drugs inside Bobby's Place. If it is reported to us that you have drugs the police will be notified and security will be called.

● keys need to be placed back in the lock box on departure. Any keys missing/broken/damaged will jeopardise your deposit.

● You can pay off your deposit when you want as long as the full balance is paid no later than 2 weeks before the first day of your holiday

● If you cancel your holidays within 6 weeks of the 1st day of your holiday then no refund will be given. Date can be changed.

● Our rental agreement (with full t&c's) will be emailed across please read through it all, fill it all in, sign and email back. If this isn't done then we are unable to send your check in details on the day of your holiday and deposit will be lost

● deposit will be returned 7-10 days after check out.

● Any damages, loss or our full t&c's are not followed deposit will not be refunded.

Golden Gate Holiday Centre is situated in Towyn on the North Wales Coast. About a 1 hour drive from North-West England this is a family run park.

At Golden Gate Holiday Centre you will find a friendly atmosphere, and a well maintained site ideally located for local attractions, shopping and areas of beauty. This is a family run park where our aim is to provide a friendly and professional service to our owners and visitors.

A large park set within 28 acres, Golden Gate is situated in Towyn within easy reach of the towns of Rhyl, Colwyn Bay, Llandudno and Conwy, and has many facilities on the holiday centre to help you enjoy yourself.
