Our modern 2021 Willerby Manor caravan is thoughtfully equipped for comfort, convenience, and style. With wrap-around, secure decking and parking for two cars, it’s ideal for families, couples, or friends looking to unwind.

Whether you’re stargazing with a glass of fizz on the decking or relaxing indoors on plush recliner sofas with the 40” Smart TV, you’ll feel right at home.

Inside, you’ll find:

• Spacious main bedroom with wall-mounted TV, plenty of wardrobe space, and ensuite WC

• Second bedroom with two twin beds (can be pushed together to make a double)

• Main bathroom with a large shower and WC

• Fully equipped kitchen including a fridge, freezer, washing machine, microwave, kettle, toaster, and air fryer

• Double glazing and central heating for cosy nights, whatever the weather

🛏️ Please note: duvets and pillows are provided, but guests will need to bring their own bed linen and towels.

Booking Terms & Conditions – Contract Agreement

Please read the following carefully, as this forms our contract with you when booking your stay.

By paying your deposit, you are confirming that you agree to the terms and conditions outlined below.

Deposit & Payment

• A £100 deposit/security bond is required to secure your booking.

• This bond will be returned within 7 days after your stay, once the property has been checked for any damage, cleanliness, or breaches of the terms.

• The deposit is non-refundable in the event of a cancellation.

• Full payment for your holiday is due 6 weeks prior to your arrival. If payment is not received by this time, your booking will be cancelled and the dates re-listed.

• For bookings made within 6 weeks of the arrival date, both the deposit and full holiday payment must be paid at the time of booking.

Damage & Cleanliness

• The security bond covers the cost of any damage, excessive cleaning, or if the caravan is left in poor hygienic condition.

• Any damage or the need for additional cleaning may result in partial or full deduction of the bond.

Pets

• Well-behaved pets are welcome.

• Pets are allowed on sofas, but throws or blankets must be used to protect the furniture. You must bring your own throws as we do not provide them.

• Charges may apply for:

  • Muddy pawprints on carpets or furniture

  • Excessive pet hair

  • Any other pet-related damage or cleaning needs

Smoking

• Strictly no smoking is permitted anywhere inside the caravan.

• Evidence of smoking indoors will result in loss of the full security bond.

Occupancy & Guests

• Please do not exceed the number of guests or dogs agreed upon at the time of booking.

• Unauthorised additional guests or pets may result in cancellation of your stay without refund.

Electric Vehicle Charging

• EV charging is strictly prohibited at the caravan.

• Anyone found using the caravan's electricity supply to charge a vehicle will be:

  • Asked to leave immediately

  • Forfeit their full security bond
