Hello and Welcome to Helston 4,

Here we have our 3 bed, double glazed, centrally heated, dog friendly holiday home, with secure decking, located on the Lovely Liskey Hill Holiday Park

We have 2 double bedrooms and 1 twin room to allow for 6 people. Bedroom 1 and 2 have a TV for your convenience

Duvets and Pillows are provided but you will need to bring your own bed linen

There is a large shower room with WC plus a further separate WC.

Towels and Bath Mats are NOT provided

The kitchen is fully equipped with a Cooker, Fridge/Freezer, Kettle, Microwave, Toaster and Ninja Multi Cooker

Wifi is available free of charge for those who need it.

The comfy lounge has a Large Smart TV, and cosy lighting

We have Double Glazing and Central Heating, so no need to worry if the temperature drops in out of season visits

Dogs are very welcome, but we ask that you bring throws and blankets to cover the seats.

The Secure Decking has a sea view and has comfortable seating for you to relax on with a glas of something nice.

Our bookings are Saturday to Saturday with access from 3pm and departure by 10 am to allow for changeover.

£100 deposit will secure your booking and will also act as a security bond against any damages or excessive cleaning, This is fully refundable following a satisfactory inspection of the caravan. In the event of a cancellation, the deposit will NOT  be refunded. This fee is in addition to the cost of the holiday and is not part of the holiday price.

The full cost of the holiday is due 6 weeks before arrival by bank transfer

The Park is open 12 months of the year and is located on top of a hill, so we are lucky enough to enjoy the views, not only of the stunning beach, but also the beautiful surrounding countryside. Perranporth itself is a hive of fabulous places to eat and drink and is only a 10 minute walk away.

There is a bus service which stops outside the park entrance and taxis are readily available.

Access into town can also be done by walking through the field into the woods. This route is dog friendly and can be reached in the bottom left hand corner of the site

We require a £100 deposit/security bond to book any dates with us.
We will send the deposit/security bond back as soon as our holiday let has been checked over after your holiday. This can take up to 7 days.

PLEASE NOTE by paying your deposit you are also agreeing to our terms and conditions within  the contract agreement.

🔹No refund of the deposit will be given, in the event of a cancellation

🔹Whilst we allow pets on the sofa, please provide throws or blankets to cover and protect it. Any muddy pawprints left on carpet or soft furnishings, may result in a charge being applied to your security bond and deductions made.

Excessive pet hair may also result in a charge being applied to bond to allow for extra cleaning costs.

🔹Our holiday home is strictly NO SMOKING in all rooms. If there are signs of smoking this WILL affect your bond

🔹The security deposit covers ourselves for any damages to our holiday let or if left in poor hygienic conditions.

🔹Please don't add any extra people or dogs to what has been agreed on letting the property.

🔹The charging of electric vehicles is strictly prohibited at the caravan. Anyone found to be charging their vehicle from the caravan supply will be asked to leave and their security bond will not be returned.
