• Just a 10-minute walk to Perranporth town and the beach

• Bus stop directly outside the park entrance

• Taxis readily available

• A dog-friendly footpath into town runs from the bottom left corner of the site, through the field and into the woods – a scenic alternative to the road

Booking Terms & Conditions – Contract/Agreement

We require a £100 deposit/security bond to book any dates with us.

We will send the deposit/security bond back as soon as our holiday let has been checked over after your holiday. This can take up to 7 days.

PLEASE NOTE – by paying your deposit you are also agreeing to our terms and conditions within this contract agreement.

Deposit & Cancellation

• No refund of the deposit will be given in the event of a cancellation.

Pets

• Whilst we allow pets on the sofa, please provide throws or blankets to cover and protect it.

• Any muddy pawprints left on carpet or soft furnishings may result in a charge being applied to your security bond.

• Excessive pet hair may also result in a charge being applied to your bond to cover extra cleaning costs.

Smoking

• Our holiday home is strictly NO SMOKING in all rooms.

• If there are signs of smoking, this WILL affect your bond.

Security Deposit Use

• The security deposit covers ourselves for any damages to our holiday let or if it is left in poor hygienic condition.

Occupancy

• Please do not add any extra people or dogs beyond what has been agreed when letting the property.

Electric Vehicle Charging

• The charging of electric vehicles is strictly prohibited at the caravan.

• Anyone found to be charging their vehicle from the caravan supply will be asked to leave and their security bond will not be returned.

• Full payment is required 6 weeks before your holiday.

• If this is late, your holiday will be cancelled and re-booked.

• If your holiday is in less than 6 weeks, both the deposit and holiday payment will need to be paid upfront.
