Beautiful holiday home with a lovely sea view from the living room. caravan is situated in a lovely, quiet part at the back of site near the cliff view, but yet still only a 2 minute walk from the beach. Spacious living area.
Parking is next to the caravan, there is everything needed inside, including TV, everything for cooking your meals. Decking outside with table & chairs.
Perfect any time getaway, wonderful holiday destination, a lovely caravan in a very private spot. Sit back,relax and unwind and enjoy the sea view from your living room. 200yds away is the wonderful blue flag beach, with lifeguards.
The caravan is strictly non smoking inside.
Well behaved pets are allowed at an extra cleaning charge of £20.

Check in time is 15:30 to 16:00 on day of arrival and check out time is 10:00 on day of departure. (Time can be flexible depending on the cleaner- check)
The local village is less than 400 meters from the caravan and includes a pub, an American style bar and grill, a fish and chip shop, restaurant, café, newsagent and mini-supermarket. Excellent coastal bus service along North Norfolk Coast road. Good walking area with RSPB, National Trust and Golf courses nearby

£100 Non-Refundable Deposit to secure booking, balance due 4 weeks prior to date of booking. An extra cleaning is payable for pets of £20 per dog. Also if bringing pets, please do not allow them on the beds or furniture. Bring your own pet blankets.
A payment plan is also acceptable if needed.
Duvets & pillows are provided for both bedrooms. PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN BLANKETS ETC FOR PETS.
Linen can be supplied, i.e. sheets, duvet cover, pillowcases, bath mat, & towels at a cost of £12.50 per person
Travel cot or high chair available on request at extra cost of £10
The Gap Caravan Site is located in a fantastic position, footsteps away from the beach, on the cliff tops of East Runton in North Norfolk, just over a mile away from Cromer town centre.
The park has remarkable views of the sea and the surrounding countryside. Cromer pier, church and lighthouse can also be seen from most parts of the site. There is a slope opposite our entrance which goes straight down to East Runton's very own Blue Flag beach, leading to hours of fun to be had building sandcastles or searching for crabs in the rock pools at low tide. East Runton also offers two pubs, a Greek restaurant, Fish & Chips and a convenience shop. Within waking distance is the town of Cromer, with it's Blue Flag sandy beaches, famous pier, Church, numerous cafes and shops, museum, cinema and the end of pier 'Seaside Special' shows. There is also a train station which runs direct to the fine city of Norwich, which is 40 minutes away.
Sheringham, a short five minute drive away, is another busy seaside town. It has the 'Splash' Leisure Pool as well as beautiful gardens to see at Priory Maze and Gardens. There is also the opportunity to hop on the North Norfolk Steam Railway to take a ride to the Georgian town of Holt.
Whatever time of year you choose to holiday at Gap Caravan Park you are bound to find plenty to see and do and one thing is certain - one visit is never enough...
