3 bedroom caravan situated on Sandiper close to playing fields,children park, outdoor swimming pool, shop and complex. Side decking and secure front decking with patio table and chairs. Fully central heated.
Bedrooms are 1 x double and 2 twin rooms all with fitted wardrobes and overhead storage. Bedding is supplied and beds made up for your arrival.
Shower room with toilet and hand basin plus separate toilet and hand basin.
Modern well equipped open plan kitchen with full size fridge freezer, cooker/oven microwave etc.
Dining area as table which seats 6.
Spacious lounge with gas fire, TV/DVD and patio doors opening onto secured decking.
Also available travel cot, bed guard, iron, ironing board.
Caravan is non-smoking, no vaping and sorry no pets.
Entertainment passes are not included but can be purchased directly from Kiln Park.

And if that's not enough, it's sister park, Lydstep Beach is just up the road if you fancy having a go at a variety of water sports. This park is perfect for a break away with your under 5.
