3 Bedroom 5 berth ground floor holiday apartment, open plan living area, 1 double bedroom with small double bed, 1 kids room with bunk bed and 1 small bedroom with single bed.

Shower room with electric shower. The kitchen as electric cooker, washing machine, large fridge freezer. The living room has 2 large sofas ideal for a relaxing time watching the TV. Off the living room is a door which leads you to a garden which is enclosed and ideal for letting the kids and pets play outside. The bathroom as a electric shower, sink and toilet.

We are pet friendly. You can park next to the apartment. You will be provided with keys and a fob to get you through ther barrier. You will receive the code for the key safe 24 hours prior to you holiday. wlfi ,you should have enough electic for your holiday but if you do run out of electic there is a top up card for you to use ,

i will leave some cleaning products for you to use , a  tolilet roll  ,there is tea , coffee and sugar for you to use 

there is dreams bar on site with for the kids as they do put on entertainment for the kids through the holidays 

i can do short breaks ,long weekend and week long holidays please just ask and i will do my best to help you out

Please note this is a family site, so no male or female single paries. No under 25's unless you have a family staying with you.

£50 non-refundedable deposit for booking, holidays must be paid in full 4 weeks prior to your holiday. once paid in full i will email you all the imformation you will need to get to the apartment and code to get the keys and fob to get you through the barrier 

Only persons named on the booking form will be allowed to stay in the apartment. Any additional persons found to be staying will be asked to leave.

We ask that you keep noise to a minimum after 10pm to respect neighbouring guests.
