ground floor newly refurbished holiday apartment at trussville holiday homes caravan park, 3  bedrooms, 1 double bedroom, 1 single bedroom with bunk beds , and 1 small room with single bed , open plan large lounge with a dining area and kitchen, shower room, own outside sitting area ,great for listening to the sea which is only  100 yards  away , private car park on site pub and laundrette, seafront caravan park,  quiet friendly  site  1 mile walk away from Mablethorpe on promenade, pet friendly, beautiful beach. if you want a short break please ask and we will do what we can to sort dates out  as we can do short breaks fri-mon or mon-fri , , there is tea coffee sugar for you to use if you wish  if you would like to go head with a booking could you please call or text me on the above number  please note this is an apartment not a caravan  if you would like a short break instead of a week long holiday please ask and we will do what we can to help you out, just a short walk down the promenade there's is queen's Park which includes a outdoor paddling pool, crazy golf, childrens play area and boating lake, cafe toilets and changing facilities it's great for the kids as a day out only a few yards away PLEASE NOTE ONLY THOSE PEOPLE WHO ARE NAMED ON THE BOOKING FORM WILL BE ALLOWED TO STAY IN THE APARTMENT, ANY OTHER OTHER PERSONS FOUND TO BE STAYING AT THE APARTMENT AND YOU WILL ALL BE ASKED TO LEAVE STRAIGHT AWAY ,NO ALL FEMALE OR MALE GROUPS NO ONE UNDER THE AGE OF 25 ALLOWED. £50 deposit non refundable to reserve your holiday, balance amount to be paid 4 weeks before your holiday.. pets are very welcome we only ask that they are not left on there own for long period of times ,we dont allow same sex groups ,no hen nights or stag nights no smoking in the apartment but there is a outside sitting area  any items missing at the end of your stay your deposit will no be returned please leave the apartment as you would like to find it ,there is tea ,coffee ,sugar ,for you ,please enjoy your self and please keep the noise down respect the other people in the other apartments any loud noises that go on through the night the police will be called and you will be told to leave.
