Double glazing new for 2026 . Two bedroom, six berth caravan with large decking, and wheelchair / mobility scooter ramps if required. Bedrooms consist of one double, one twin (which can be made into a double) and a comfortable pull out bed in the lounge.
The Lounge area has spacious seating with TV and DVD player with DVDs and box games for the family.
Contains a fully equipped kitchen, with a four ring gas hob, oven, under counter fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, toaster , kettle and air fryer.
Washroom with shower, washbasin and toilet, shower/ bath mat, hand towel and hand wash.
All Duvets and Pillows are provided However we ask you to bring your own sheets, duvet covers and pillow cases. Tea, coffee sugar biscuits and squash provided. Tea towel also provided in kitchen along with washing up liquid etc.
Iron and desk top ironing board provided.
Electricity and Gas are provided in the price.
The Gap Caravan Park has a laundry room with coin operated washer & dryer.
The Gap has optional Wi-fi supplied by, http://www.caravanconnect.co.uk , there is a charge to use wifi payable direct to caravanconnect.
Smoke and Carbon Monoxide detectors installed
Short walk either by beach or road into Cromer.
The caravan is strictly non smoking / vaping.
Please keep pets off the furnitue and beds and they must not be left in the caravan on their own at any time.
Please DO NOT charge electric cars / scooters using the caravans electricity.
Check in time is 16.00 on day of arrival and check out time is 10:00 on day of departure.

£50 Non-Refundable Deposit is due at time of booking, The balance is due 4 weeks prior to date of holiday.

Please leave the caravan in a clean condition.
A blue flag beach is just 200 yards away and in the village you will find a small supermarket, fish and chip shop, butcher, a restaurant a sports bar and a pub all with entertainment.
Both Cromer and Sheringham are within walking distance along the beach, clifftops or on the excellent bus service. Dotted along the coastline you will find some wonderful villages and lots of places of interest.
The Gap Caravan Site is located in a fantastic position, footsteps away from the beach, on the cliff tops of East Runton in North Norfolk, just over a mile away from Cromer town centre.
The park has remarkable views of the sea and the surrounding countryside. Cromer pier, church and lighthouse can also be seen from most parts of the site. There is a slope opposite our entrance which goes straight down to East Runton's very own Blue Flag beach, leading to hours of fun to be had building sandcastles or searching for crabs in the rock pools at low tide. East Runton also offers two pubs, a Greek restaurant, Fish & Chips and a convenience shop. Within waking distance is the town of Cromer, with it's Blue Flag sandy beaches, famous pier, Church, numerous cafes and shops, museum, cinema and the end of pier 'Seaside Special' shows. There is also a train station which runs direct to the fine city of Norwich, which is 40 minutes away.
Sheringham, a short five minute drive away, is another busy seaside town. It has the 'Splash' Leisure Pool as well as beautiful gardens to see at Priory Maze and Gardens. There is also the opportunity to hop on the North Norfolk Steam Railway to take a ride to the Georgian town of Holt.
Whatever time of year you choose to holiday at Gap Caravan Park you are bound to find plenty to see and do and one thing is certain - one visit is never enough...
