Peran Treth (St Pirans Sands) is our privately owned luxury Caravan. It is rated as Prestige with deck, by Haven, and offers highly comfortable and spacious accommodation on a pitch that offers lovely open views across the dunes. There is private parking and plenty of space for the children to play.It is situated in a lovely quiet area of the park within the SSSI and Special Conservation Area adjacent to Penhale Dunes, so is great for walkers and families alike. Yet the many facilities on this Prestigious Haven Holiday Park and the fantastic beach are still close by, and directly accessible

Our caravan  is fully double glazed and has gas central heating throughout.

The main bedroom has a king size bed, plenty of storage and  has an ensuite. A hairdryer is provided.32”TV/DVD. The 2 twin bedrooms have  single beds that can be reconfigured to doubles and also have plenty of storage

The kitchen is very well appointed with a full size fridge /freezer, full size oven, microwave and full inventory of essential crockery,pots and pans cutlery, kettle, toaster etc.

The main door  from the kitchen area gives access to the ramp and decking, which is privately gated

The lounge/dining room has a freestanding dining table with 6 chairs, settee seating in the lounge with pull out bed, gas fire, 40" TV, bluetooth speaker, and fully glazed french doors leading to the spacious decking area and ramp access. The ramp access will make it easier for the more infirm, and those with buggies. There is garden furniture on the south facing decking, to enable guests to enjoy the open views, warm evenings, and provide a level of security for those wih small children.

An iron ,ironing board  are provided

There us a hire shop on site for high chairs , travel cots and buggies

Perranporth itself is just down the hill outside the Park, or access it along the beach at low tide, or along the coastal path. Perranporth Golf club is next door and riding Stables are opposite the Park. Crantock Beach and Holywell Leisure Park, Golf course, 9 hole Pitch and Putt and Beach are approx 4 miles away and Newquay is 7 miles away.

Regular buses stop outside the Park, and some also come onto the Park on a regular basis

Perran Sands is a Flagship Haven site, and has fantastic facilities, including an indoor and outdoor pool, resturants, bars, amusements, a shop, a surf hire shop, surf school, roller blade rink, crazy golf and main clubroom,sports venue, all within a beautiful natural setting on the coast, with direct beach access.

Passes will need to be purchased from Haven if required at registration pre arrival under covid allowances

It is also ideally placed for touring all areas of Cornwall, none of which are very far away.

 CORONA VIRUS RESTRICTIONS MAY BE IN FORCE . RESTRICTIONS WILL BE PUT IN PLACE BY OWNERS OF SITE FOR AVAILABLE FACILITIES ON PARK

We accept bookings from people aged 25 and over, but not all single  groups as per site rule

At booking we will need your name, and the names of your party and your address for our booking forms required and receipts

A £50 non refundable booking deposit is required per week booked to secure your booking

The full balance is payable 6 weeks prior to your holiday date, along with a £100 security deposit break booked, which will be refunded within 2 weeks of the holiday if there is no loss of key/no breakages and the caravan was left how it was found.

We accept Cheques and Bank Transfer payments

The Park is owned by Bourne Leisure and as such we have no involvement in the running of the Park , facilities or entertainment

We do not sell /provide Entertainment passes These can be purchased if required at reception and can be brought individually, or by caravan unit price if they are required

We provide duvets and pillows only during covid 19

Travel cots and high chairs etc are available to hire through reception in advance

Placed among high dunes, Perran Sands has a distinctive look and feel...

The dunes make ideal sunbathing spots and are perfect for delicious picnics with views over the cliffs and those magnificent Atlantic Ocean breakers. There are rather steep footpaths leading down to the sandy beach below, as well as a scenic coastal path to Perranporth beach. Of course it's really all about the fantastic surf here in North Cornwall - and the park's own surf school is the place to learn how to catch those wild waves.
