Our luxury caravan is only available for hire for a limited number of weeks as it is regularly used by owner and family. It is situated in a quiet cul de sac at Kiln Park, Tenby in the pretty county of Pembrokeshire, Wales. The caravan is within walking distance of Tenby town, beaches and coastal walks and very close to all facilities at the park. With full double glazing and gas central heating the caravan provides comfortable accommodation for a relaxing holiday. The caravan will fully accommodate two adults and two children. Strictly family bookings only accepted.

The comfortable lounge area has an electric fire, two settees, large pouffe, coffee table and table lamp. A TV, DVD player and bluetooth speakers. WiFi is provided free of charge.

A large kitchen/dining area has a table with four chairs and includes a fridge freezer, microwave oven, air fryer, gas hob and oven, kettle, coffee maker, milk frother, toaster, slow cooker and other basic equipment. There there is also a large larder cupboard, dish washer and washing machine.

The master bedroom includes king size bed, dressing table and TV. A walk in wardrobe area is at the rear of the bedroom leading to an en suite bathroom with bath and overhead shower.

The twin bedroom has two full size single beds with deep comfortable mattresses and overhead storage lockers, a small wardrobe with storage areas and drawers and a TV. It is close to the separate shower room and toilet.

Beds will be made up for arrival. 1 hand towel, 1 bath towel and a bath runner/shower mat will be provided for Bathroom and Shower Room. A full inventory will be provided with rental contract.

The outside area of the caravan benefits from sunshine morning through to evening (weather permitting) and includes wrap around decking with two comfortable armchairs and footstools. To the side of the caravan there is parking for one vehicle, and a grassed garden and patio area with table and bench seating for al fresco dining.

Sorry but strictly no dogs or other pets allowed and smoking or vaping is not permitted inside or outside the caravan.

Portable barbeques and candles are forbidden.

Bicycles, scooters, segways, hoverboards and barbeques are not permitted on decking area.

Charging of electric vehicles is strictly prohibited.

Play passes are not provided and will need to be purchased directly from Haven.

A deposit of £200 is required to secure booking.

Full payment is required 6 weeks prior to arrival.

A refundable security bond payment of £100 is required.
