New for rent 2024. Our caravan was purchased new in 2023 and is situated on a prime spot ar The Gap, East Runton, Cromer.
Bedroom 1 (Double) - Double bed with mattress upgraded to memory foam for ultimate comfort. Wardrobe space with mirror/dressing table space and overbed storage.
Bedroom 2 (Twin) - Two single beds. Wardrobe space and overbed storage.
Bedrooms have mattress protectors and pillows but please bring your own duvets, covers and pillow cases for your stay. Hairdryer provided.
Bathroom - lovely shower cubicle, toilet and basin. Please bring your own towels for your stay.
Kitchen - equipped with oven/hob, fridge with ice box, kettle, toaster, crockery, cutlery.
Living/Dining area - comfy sofas, curtains, throws, TV & DVD player with small selection of family friendly films. Dining table with seating and x2 stand-alone stools. Gas fire.
This caravan benefits from PVC windows, electric heaters, plus gas fire which is fully beneficial for spring and autumn stays.
Outside - Full length decking with solar lighting leading to main door access. Two reclining sun loungers and small glass table for outdoor use. Ample free parking.
Gas & Electric are included in the price. All gas appliances are fully serviced.
The site has a coin operated launderette.
Wi-Fi is available on site through camping connect (at extra cost).
The amazing award winning sandy beach is only a 3-minute walk. There is also a well stocked grocery shop, 2 pubs, fish & chip shop and coffee shop all in close proximity to the site/caravan and only a 3 minute walk. Cromer is 2-minute drive and Sherringham 5-minute drive. Cromer has a train station where you can easily travel at your leisure with Norwich easily accessible.
The caravan is strictly non smoking or vaping and no pets.
As we are offering our lovely new caravan for rent, we welcome well behaved children and families who will treat our holiday home with care and respect. We ask you to be respectful to the site and to other nearby caravans owners and therefore no parties, loud music and late night noise will be tolerated.
PLEASE NOTE: charging of electric vehicles is strictly prohibited on this site.

A non refundable deposit of £100 secures your holiday payable on booking.
The remaining balance is due 6 weeks before your stay.
If your holiday is less than 6 weeks the full amount will be required at booking.
NO DOGS PERMITTED. MAXIMUM OF 5 GUESTS.
All guests must abide by site rules and a guide will be left inside which should be reviewed. Any guests found breaking the site rules may be removed from the caravan site and no refund will be issued.
Guests are required to bring their own duvets, bed linen and towels.

The Gap Caravan Site is located in a fantastic position, footsteps away from the beach, on the cliff tops of East Runton in North Norfolk, just over a mile away from Cromer town centre.
The park has remarkable views of the sea and the surrounding countryside. Cromer pier, church and lighthouse can also be seen from most parts of the site. There is a slope opposite our entrance which goes straight down to East Runton's very own Blue Flag beach, leading to hours of fun to be had building sandcastles or searching for crabs in the rock pools at low tide. East Runton also offers two pubs, a Greek restaurant, Fish & Chips and a convenience shop. Within waking distance is the town of Cromer, with it's Blue Flag sandy beaches, famous pier, Church, numerous cafes and shops, museum, cinema and the end of pier 'Seaside Special' shows. There is also a train station which runs direct to the fine city of Norwich, which is 40 minutes away.
Sheringham, a short five minute drive away, is another busy seaside town. It has the 'Splash' Leisure Pool as well as beautiful gardens to see at Priory Maze and Gardens. There is also the opportunity to hop on the North Norfolk Steam Railway to take a ride to the Georgian town of Holt.
Whatever time of year you choose to holiday at Gap Caravan Park you are bound to find plenty to see and do and one thing is certain - one visit is never enough...
