our double glazed abi york is 6 berth in two bedrooms with a pull out double bed in the lounge, heating is from a gas fire in the lounge with electric heaters in the lounge, hallway, toilet and double bedroom,  a 32" smart tv with wifi in the lounge with dvd player, a tv in the double bedroom with dvd player,

caravan has been refurbished with new seating, carpets and curtains.

a fully fitted kitchen with all pots pans crockery, a iron and ironing board, hover etc are supplied.

caravan has a large veranda down the side and across the front with furniture, parking is on hard standing next to the caravan.

we supply pillows and duvets you just need to bring your own linen and towels.

no pets or same sex groups and you must be over 25 years old to book.

PASSES ARE NOT INCLUDED.

we ask for a £50 non refundable deposit to book with the balance due at least 4 weeks before your start date.

a £50 damage bond is payable with the balance, it is refunded the day you leave providing no damage and caravan is left clean.

payment is bank transfer, check, cash by arrangement.

This wonderful Holiday Park set in acres of beautiful parkland in Lincolnshire, with fantastic leisure facilities has it's very own Hotel and 9 hole golf course.

In the day splash around in the indoor pool, before heading to Skegness which offers fantastic sandy beaches, indoor and outdoor amusement parks, shopping and theatres. Then head back to the Park to eat in the Sportsman's Bar and Restaurant, The Orangery or takeaway in the refurbished Lakeview Showbar, then enjoy the evening entertainment on the Park.
