Our 6 berth abi york which is double glazed and has a veranda with furniture, has one double bedroom and 1 twin with a pullout double bed in the lounge, heating is a electric fire in the lounge and electric heating in the passageway and bedroom,

caravan has had a complete refurbishment, new carpets, seating, curtains etc.

there is a 32" smart tv with wifi the lounge, a fully fitted kitchen with all pots pans and crockery supplied, a seperate dining area with seating. iron and ironing board, hover etc.

we supply pillows and duvets, you just need to bring your own linen and towels.

parking is on hard standing next to the caravan.

passes are NOT INCLUDED.

no pets allowed, no same sex groups and you must be 25 year old to book.

we ask for a non refundable £50 deposit to book with the balance due at least 4 weeks before your start date.

we also ask for a £50 damage bond which you get back the day you leave providing no damage and caravan is left clean.

payment is by bank transfer, check or by cash arrangement.

This wonderful Holiday Park set in acres of beautiful parkland in Lincolnshire, with fantastic leisure facilities has it's very own Hotel and 9 hole golf course.

In the day splash around in the indoor pool, before heading to Skegness which offers fantastic sandy beaches, indoor and outdoor amusement parks, shopping and theatres. Then head back to the Park to eat in the Sportsman's Bar and Restaurant, The Orangery or takeaway in the refurbished Lakeview Showbar, then enjoy the evening entertainment on the Park.
