Based on pitch number 59 on freshfields overlooking the fishing lake and only a short walk to all the entertainment. With a lovely decking area to sit and enjoy that nice glass of wine on nice summer evenings, what more could you ask for.

In the caravan you will find everything you require to have a comfortable and relaxing holiday. We have tried to make the caravan feel like it's home from home.

Kitchen is fully equipped with everything you possibly need. It has a tassimo coffee machine so make sure you bring your favorite pods so you can enjoy a lovely morning coffee or tea.

There is a full size gas cooker with a grill should you decide to cook while on your break. Fridge with a small freezer box to store all your food. Microwave and toaster and of course a kettle.

Living and dining area has a 43” tv and dvd player with a few dvds plus a selection of board games in case you decide to have a night in. There is wifi in the caravan which is free to use. You can even log into your netflix so you can enjoy films.

Bathroom 

Includes a larger shower, toilet,sink plus heated towel rail.

Separate toilet with sink.

Bedroom 1 

Main bedroom has a double bed and wardrobe with coat hangers,hair dryer and 32”tv dvd combi.

Bedroom 2

Has 2 twin beds wardrobe again with coat hangers small tv and dvd combi.

Bedroom 3

Has 2 twin beds wardrobe with coat hangers.

Plus there is an extra double sofa bed in the living room if you require the extra sleeping space.

You will be required to pay a £50 non refundable deposit to secure your date this will also be knocked of your remaining balance.

Full balance will need to be paid 3 weeks before your holiday.

We accept well behaved dogs maxium of 4 per break but we do ask for a small charge for this.

We can do a payment plan if you require just get in touch and we can sort something out for you.

We do accept group bookings witin reason.
