A small private site. Located in ingoldmells opposite the beach entrance and promenade steps.
fantasy island is 5-10 minute walk where you will find all
the attractions within a 7 day market and plenty of local attractions such as the seal sanctuary butlins and many more.
the caravan is a 6 berth which has a kitchen equipped with everything you should need for your stay. Cooker pots & pans ,cutlery.
the living area has a tv with a selection of DVDs and plenty of room to relax. There is also a pull out double bed.
one double bedroom and the other bedroom has 2 single beds.
a shower cubicle and WC in the bathroom.

a bond of £50.00 cash on arrival will be required and is refundable on departure when all is left as it was found.
we include mattress protectors , pillows and quilts but please bring your own linen such as sheets, pillow cases and quilt covers ( however we can provide these at a cost £5.00 single £10.00 double.

A small family run site situated opposite the Beach entrance and promenade with direct access to the beach. Fantasy Island with all it's attractions and food establishments are a 3-4 minute walk.
Also a large 7 day market open throughout the season every day.
Close to everything but also far enough away to relax and enjoy peace and quiet at the site. Close to a lovely sandy beach where the children can enjoy themselves and you can find lots of ice cream stalls and food to purchase.
Fantasy Island is a short walk where you will find all the attractions. Arcades,rides,food venues, where you can purchase wrist bands while you stay.
There's a small Tesco and Spa close by.
Butlins is about a 7 minute walk from the site where day passes can be purchased for a cost.
Hardys Animal Farm, The Seal Sanctury, The Aquarium are all close by and well worth a visit.
Tots village is also ideal for the younger children opposite Fantasy Island
Sealands bar is close by and has characters for the children at different times of the week.
