We have a 6 berth van which has 1 x Twin bedroom and 1 double bedroom, WC & shower one end of the van . 

The living area has a double pull out bed and the kitchen has everything you need for your holiday a small bench outside for you to relax. TV and a DVD player is available along with DVDs but please bring your own if you wish.   

A Fridge with small freezer,Microwave and everything you need for your stay will be available.

£50.00 deposit to secure booking and also there is a £50.00 damages bond  which will be returned on departure if the van is left as found.

Booking will require a £50.00 deposit and booking terms and conditions will be sent 

payment in full must be paid 6 weeks before your holiday date.

Quilts and pillows will be provided and linen such as sheets and quilt covers,pillow cases can be provided at a cost of £10.00 double £5.00 single (linen is not optional and if not used you will forfeit your bond please bring your own linen such as sheets, pillow cases and quilt covers if not stated on the booking form.)

A small family run site situated opposite the Beach entrance and promenade with direct access to the beach. Fantasy Island with all it's attractions and food establishments are a 3-4 minute walk.

Also a large 7 day market open throughout the season every day.

Close to everything but also far enough away to relax and enjoy peace and quiet at the site. Close to a lovely sandy beach where the children can enjoy themselves and you can find lots of ice cream stalls and food to purchase.

Fantasy Island is a short walk where you will find all the attractions. Arcades,rides,food venues, where you can purchase wrist bands while you stay.

There's a small Tesco and Spa close by.

Butlins is about a 7 minute walk from the site where day passes can be purchased for a cost.  

Hardys Animal Farm, The Seal Sanctury, The Aquarium are all close by and well worth a visit.

Tots village is also ideal for the younger children opposite Fantasy Island

Sealands bar is close by and has characters for the children at different times of the week.
