New to the rental market in 2018, this Willerby Peppy2 is a brand new 2017 model caravan which is double glazed and has central heating throughout. The caravan is situated in a spacious but quiet plot, situated at the side of Sunnyvale park and only 150 metres from the beautiful Kinmel bay beach(dog friendly all year) with direct access without having to cross any roads.

The caravan provides a spacious Lounge/ Dining area which includes comfortable seating and can be used as a pull-out double bed. There is a matching dinette area which comfortably seats 5 people. The living space includes a gas fire, flat screen TV with freeview and wifi  available. a separate DVD player and a selection of DVD's.

The kitchen is equipped with a fridge-freezer, microwave, oven, grill & hob, kettle, toaster, pots & pans, cutlery etc. There is also an iron, ironing board and hoover available.

The master bedroom is spacious and has a king size bed with drawer storage, a double wardrobe and vanity dressing table also containes wall mounted tv.. The twin bedroom contains 2 single beds and cupboard storage. The single beds are free standing and can be pushed together to make a double. There is a double shower unit with wash hand basin and WC.

A fire extinguisher, carbon monoxide detector & smoke alarm are all fitted for your safety.

Patio doors from the living room lead to a fully enclosed decking area which includes a table and chairs.   At the caravan entrance, there is another decked area with a gate leading to the parking area (for up to 2 vehicles).

Access

Walk and Cycle trails run alongside the beach which span from Prestatyn to Rhos-on-Sea. Bike hire facilities are available for a  small charge (not included as part of the caravan rental).New gym and relax areas in the new facilities.

Rhyl Harbour is close by with plenty of amenities and only a short 15 minute walk to the centre of Rhyl.  Regular buses pass by the site entrance and provide transport to neighboring towns and attractions inc new 15m water park (opening early spring 2019).

One small dog is welcome, there is a charge of £10 per week (dogs are subject to the Parks' legislation on dangerous breeds).all must be kept on a lead whilst on park   Please do not allow the dog onto the sofas or beds.

Wifi is available from the site office at a small cost.

No passes are needed for the complex.

RULES:

If using the cooker please line the grill/oven with foil (provided).

No smoking inside the caravan - smoking outside is allowed but please use an ashtray.

It would be appreciated if you would leave the caravan as you found it (clean and tidy)

There is a security deposit of £50, which is fully refundable as long as there is no damage to the caravan.

A deposit of £50 is required when booking via direct bank transfer (details on request) or cheque.  Full balance is due 28 days  before arrival date.

Sunnyvale is one of the UK’s longest established holiday parks and under the ownership of the Jones family for over 5 decades.

Sunnyvale enjoys an enviable location surrounded on 3 sides by water and considered a mecca in North Wales for water sports, fishing and boat enthusiasts. The beach is long and sandy with direct access from the park. There are two nature reserves to the east and west of our boundary, with a stunning array of flora and fauna. Boat launching and storage nearby at the beautiful fishing harbor, where chartered trips along the coast can be booked.

Within walking distance to the multi million pound developed Rhyl promenade, which boasts attractions such as SC2 a brand new water park with the UKs largest Tag Active, Vue Cinema, Seaquarium with live seal shows conservation programme and sea life exhibits, The Pavillion which hosts a wide range of variety shows and flagship 1862 restaurant. There are countless restaurants on our doorstep including cafes, pubs, take-aways a fairground, a market which means plenty for the family to do off the park.

Within a short drive, there is Snowdonia National Park, a stunning mountainous area with beautiful villages and breathtaking scenery and walks to enjoy. Within the National Park area are located world renowned adventure activities, such as GoApe, Surf Snowdonia and Zip World to name but a few. Something for all ages and abilities.

Sunnyvale, although a small, quiet park, has a children’s adventure playground, all weather sports pitch and The Galley Bar.
