Caravan Description

Our spacious and comfortable holiday home is immaculately presented for you in a desirable location with sea and countryside views. You will be on a level part of the site, right near the private beach and a short walk to the shop, entertainment hall, bars and leisure complex. We have a large outdoor area with decking, patio and seating for you to enjoy. On your arrival you will find a welcome pack containing essential groceries. Tea/coffee/squash etc are also provided. Your beds will be made up ready for you and we also provide towels and toiletries. 

Your holiday home includes

Bright, open plan interior with lounge and a large front window boasting beautiful sea and countryside view

The lounge comes with freestanding and wrap around seating, large TV, coffee table and feature electric fireplace. There are DVD's, boardgames and books for you to enjoy during your stay 

Dining area with feature pendant lighting, freestanding table and four fully upholstered high backed dining chairs

Fully equipped kitchen with wrap around cupboards and worktops, double capacity gas oven with hob/grill and glass splashback, integrated fridge-freezer and microwave. Kettle, toaster and everything you need for self catering 

Stylish bathroom with circular wash basin mounted on a vanity unit, sink, toilet and a large enclosed shower. 

The master bedroom comes with an en-suite toilet and sink, double bed, ample storage, mirrored dressing area, bedside cabinets, cosy lighting and a wall mounted TV/DVD player. 

The twin bedroom comes with full height single wardrobe, bedside table and cabinets. 

Iron, Ironing board and vacuum cleaner

WI-FI with your own fast speed private modem and password.

All mattresses and pillows are covered with a mattress protector. 

Parking space and parking permit. Please display this on your dashboard and remember to leave it behind after your stay. Lost/unreturned parking passes incur a £10 charge per pass. 

Passes to access the Jurassic Fun Centre, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, gym, sauna and jacuzzi.  Daytime Kids club and evening entertainment (Subject to seasonal demand) Lost/unreturned passes will incur a £10 charge per pass.

Inside the caravan will be a welcome pack explaining where everything is, useful telephone numbers and information to enhance your stay

Freshwater Beach Holiday Park offers

A private beach with stunning coastal walks and excellent fishing. Breath taking clif top routes to nearby Hive Beach.

The Jurassic Fun Centre and its amenities are free for you to access and include indoor adult and children pools, sauna, gym and jacuzzi. There is an amusement arcade, bar, take away and dine in restaurant if you wish to play or purchase food and drink.. The bar and restaurant has a sun terrace with stunning views of the park, countryside and sea views. A hair salon and 10 pin Bowling alley are also on site and there is a charge for these services.

A well stocked spar convenience store with groceries, toiletries, toys and games. 

Day time kids club, poolside and evening entertainment (subject to seasonal demand) 

Large outdoor adult and children's swimming pool. All pools on site have lifeguards, the beach does not. 

Children's playground, playing fields.

 Amenities near by

West Bay. The stunning harbour village of West Bay with sea fishing trips, leisure boat trips, rowing boats, water taxi to Lyme Regis, amusements, restaurants, pubs, cafes, take aways, shops, vintage and craft stalls. There is also an interactive Discovery Centre. This is all within walking distance along the beach, across the golf course or just a few minutes car drive away.

A Golf Course is next door to park which is available to non members

Burton Bradstock. An idyllic and picturesque village with fine seafood restaurants, a national trust beach, pubs and children's playground. All a short walk or car ride away

Bridport. Bustling street markets Wednesday and Saturday, shops, theatre, restaurants. softplay/climbing wall and museum. Morrisons and Lidl supermarkets.

A £100 deposit per week is required to secure your booking . The full  balance will be due 4 weeks before your holiday start date. 

If your booking is less than 4 weeks away from your holiday start date we will require full payment. 

No pets, smoking or vaping permitted.

Freshwater Beach Holiday Park is located in the South West of England in the beautiful county of Dorset. Spend a wonderful seaside vacation on the coast, making the most of the private beach. There is also a Golf Course (not part of the park itself, but adjoining the site).

You can hire caravan holiday homes or pitch your tent, tourer or motorhome in our camping fields.
