Osprey 17 is a well-appointed static caravan for hire at Kiln Park Holiday Centre in Tenby, ideally located for enjoying Pembrokeshire’s stunning coastline and award-winning beaches. The park offers a lively yet family-friendly setting, with entertainment, pools, shops, sports facilities, and direct access to Tenby town and the beach.
The caravan sleeps up to 6–8 guests and features three bedrooms, including one double bedroom and two twin rooms. The master bedroom benefits from an ensuite WC, alongside a separate family bathroom, making it well suited to families and groups.
Inside, the caravan offers a spacious open-plan living area with comfortable seating, a dining table and chairs, and a fully equipped kitchen for self-catering stays. The lounge includes a TV with Smart/Freeview/DVD, providing entertainment for relaxing evenings. Central heating and double glazing ensure comfort throughout the year.
Outside, guests can enjoy private decking with outdoor seating, perfect for morning coffee or unwinding in the evening sun.
For added convenience, the caravan includes bedding with beds made up on arrival, a starter pack of tea, coffee and sugar, tea towels, washing-up essentials, and cleaning cloths. A travel cot and high chair are available on request.

A small non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance must be paid in full 6 weeks prior to arrival, in line with the agreed payment schedule.. A returnable security bond is required and will be refunded after departure, subject to the caravan being left in good condition and no damage or breaches of terms.

Entertainment passes are not included and must be purchased separately from Kiln Park reception if required.
Guests are expected to comply with Kiln Park Holiday Centre rules and regulations at all times. The lead guest is responsible for the behaviour of all party members during the stay.
