The 3 Bedroom, 8 berth static holiday home is like well main spacious static home with all the mod cons, has decking with seating area, has full central heating, static holiday home is based in prime area on Clarach Bay Holiday Park with own parking and is pet friendly.  We are awaiting for more upto date photos from the new owner.

The three bedrooms offer ample space and comfort, with plenty of storage for your vacation attire. The master bedroom features a double bed and an en-suite bathroom, while the two additional bedrooms have a double bed and two single beds, respectively. Additionally, there is a family bathroom equipped with a shower, toilet, and sink for added convenience.

The holiday park has what you expect from a family holiday park, There is a Swimming Pool, Clubhouse, Site Shop for your essentials, Fish and Chip shop, Pizzeria, Crazy Golf, Go-Carts operated by the holiday park. and a lovely pebble beach with Rockpools and caves. You can also walk the beautiful coastal path to Borth or Aberystwyth. Stunning views of Clarach Bay and surrounding areas. ( the holiday park opertate all the sites facilities)

Week bookings prefer ( May concider split weeks Friday to Saturday, Monday to Friday) please note our Minimum is 3 nights stay.

We have our  own WIFI connection installed to access free of charge. Please note with being mobile network operated its not as reliable as home broad band

The holiday park operate the onsite facilities, we only privately own the static holiday home.

The holiday park operate a small charge for indoor pool and the new gym that's opening, passes included but short notice bookings booked within 48 hours of arrival holiday park are charging £5 per pass admin costs

We are offering bedding and beds already made up for you and towels for £30 if required

We are acing as booking agents on behalf of the prive owner for this static holiday home on behalf of the private owners at a fee of £30 and a deposit of £70 that is refundable if the holiday home is left clean and no damage occurs.

We only accept weekends Friday to Monday and part week Monday to Friday in Low season, Easter, may bank holidays and main summer holidays. We prefer week bookings only, all 3 and 4, 5 night stays will be charged a £40 surcharge.

This static can be accessed by people with some disabilities, however there are steps to the static, which can be a bit difficult for some guests to manage, please speak to us if require advise or further information.
