We enjoy many memorable weeks in our cosy caravan. It is extra wide and feels like home.

There is a large balcony out from the main lounge area which overlooks one of the duck ponds.
There is outside furniture to enjoy the hot sun on the balcony all day long.

The open plan Lounge / Dining / Kitchen area is very spacious and has TV, electric fire and well equipped kitchen including large fridge / freezer and washing machine. 

All windows are double glazed and there are double doors onto the balcony from the lounge area.

There is mains calor gas central heating throughout. Parking adjacent to the caravan for 2 cars.

The main family shower room is a decent size with large shower, toilet and basin. 

Quilts and pillows are supplied but bed linen and towels are not. This will be the responsibility of the hirer.

Please note we do not take any bookings from November through to the beginning of April.

Wifi is available, daily or weekly charge applicable.

We only book Saturday to Saturday.

We ask for a 10% deposit on booking, with the balance 4 weeks prior to your holiday. We also ask for a £75 breakage / damage deposit which is fully refundable within a week of leaving the caravan (providing no damage / breakages)

Collect keys at caravan from 4pm with departure by 10am.

Nestling on the southern side of Hunstanton in East Anglia & Lincolnshire and just a few minutes walk from the beach, Manor Park Holiday Village is the ideal for family holidays. Start the day with some serious sandcastle action, then head for a splash about in one of our 2 heated outdoor swimming pools.

There’s a spacious sun lounge area where you can enjoy a drink while the kids have fun in the pool. In the evening, relax in the comforable leather seats and settees in the Star Bar, where you can enjoy some truly top-class entertainment.
