We charge an extra security deposit of £100, on top of the listed price. This acts also as a deposit to secure your holiday dates.

After your holiday, our lodge will be checked for damages. We do expect guests to leave the lodge clean. Your deposit will then be returned.

THE BALANCE OF YOUR HOLIDAY WILL BE DUE 6-8 WEEKS BEFORE YOUR STAY.

CHECK IN TIME WILL BE 3.30PM

CHECK OUT 10AM.

TO USE THE FACILITIES, POOLS, CLUBHOUSE ECT. YOU WILL NEED PASSES.

HOBURNE CHARGE £66 FOR THESE. THIS WILL COVER UP TO 5 GUESTS STAYING IN OUR LODGE.

GUESTS ARE UNABLE TO PURCHASE THESE. I WILL NEED TO DO THIS AT LEAST 5 DAYS BEFORE YOU ARRIVE.

WE HAVE A LOCK BOX WITH THE KEY.

YOU WILL BE GIVEN THE NUMBER FOR YOUR STAY UP TO 24 HOURS BEFORE ARRIVAL.

STRICTLY NO SMOKING OR VAPING ALLOWED. NOT EVEN STANDING AT AN OPEN DOOR.
