The main a kingsize bed, with plenty of space and an en-suite bathroom, with a bath and shower.

The second bedroom has two full size single beds.

We have a family shower room.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a 5 ring gas hob. Dishwasher, microwave and washing machine.

A free standing table and 4 chairs.

Two settees in the living room.

Patio doors leading onto a furnished decking.

£100 security deposit is added to the price of your holiday. 
This will be returned subject to our property being left clean, and tidy without breakages.

This will also act as a deposit to hold your requested holiday dates.

Full payment for your holiday is required 6-8 weeks before your stay.

To use the facilities, ie. Pools, clubhouse, ect. You will require passes.

Hoburne charge £66 for these. 
This will cover up to 4 people staying in our lodge.

Guests are unable to purchase passes. I will need to purchase before your arrival at least 5 days before your stay.

Check in time will be 3.30pm

Departure time 10am.

We have a key lock box. The code will be given out 24 hours before your stay.

STRICTLY NO SMOKING. OR VAPING IN THE LODGE. STANDING AT THE DOOR WITH IT OPEN WHILE SMOKING IS NOT ALLOWED.

NO PETS

NO STAG OR HEN GROUPS. 

YOUR DEPOSIT WILL NOT BE RETURNED IF ANY OF THE ABOVE ARE SEEN / SMELT
