A lovely condition Atlas Moonstone with a PVC deck and wonderful sea views. Number 99 is in a great position, being high up on the back row of the caravan site it boasts stunning sea views (including Cromer pier) and great privacy.
It can sleep up to five people, with a Double bedroom, twin bedroom and pull out sofa bed. There’s a well equipped kitchen with an oven/hob, fridge, microwave, cutlery, crockery etc. The lounge has a dining table and a gas fire as well as a TV with Freeview.
There is also a PVC deck on the caravan which really adds to the space.
We have an outside store which contains some outdoor chairs and a table.
All gas and electricity included in rental price. All gas appliances are fully certified and electrical items pat tested.
Free parking to the side of the caravan.
WIFI is available on the site via an outside company, Camping Connect, at an extra cost. A leaflet with their information is left inside the caravan to help you get connected.
Duvets and pillows are provided but please bring your own bed linen and towels.
Welcome tea, coffee, sugar & milk provided for arrival.
Changeover day is every Friday.
3 night stays (Friday, Saturday & Sunday) are available during April, May, September and October for a £75 reduction of the advertised weekly rate. (e.g. if the week is £325 then the weekend is available for £250.)

A non refundable deposit of £100 per week, secures your holiday, which is payable on booking.
The remaining balance is due 6 weeks before the holiday.
If your holiday is in less than 6 weeks the full amount will be required at booking.
No dogs permitted.
A maximum of 5 guests
By booking, guests agree to abide by the site rules, a copy of which is left inside the caravan. Any guests found breaking the site rules may be removed from the caravan site and no refund will be issued.
Guests are required to bring their own bed linen and towels.
Departure by 10am.
Arrival from 4pm.
A 5% discount is offered for 14/21 night stays.
The Gap Caravan Site is located in a fantastic position, footsteps away from the beach, on the cliff tops of East Runton in North Norfolk, just over a mile away from Cromer town centre.
The park has remarkable views of the sea and the surrounding countryside. Cromer pier, church and lighthouse can also be seen from most parts of the site. There is a slope opposite our entrance which goes straight down to East Runton's very own Blue Flag beach, leading to hours of fun to be had building sandcastles or searching for crabs in the rock pools at low tide. East Runton also offers two pubs, a Greek restaurant, Fish & Chips and a convenience shop. Within waking distance is the town of Cromer, with it's Blue Flag sandy beaches, famous pier, Church, numerous cafes and shops, museum, cinema and the end of pier 'Seaside Special' shows. There is also a train station which runs direct to the fine city of Norwich, which is 40 minutes away.
Sheringham, a short five minute drive away, is another busy seaside town. It has the 'Splash' Leisure Pool as well as beautiful gardens to see at Priory Maze and Gardens. There is also the opportunity to hop on the North Norfolk Steam Railway to take a ride to the Georgian town of Holt.
Whatever time of year you choose to holiday at Gap Caravan Park you are bound to find plenty to see and do and one thing is certain - one visit is never enough...
