Arrival time is from 2 pm, and guests are kindly asked to vacate by 10 am.
 

Before departure, please ensure all windows are closed, belongings are gathered, including any leftover food items, and rubbish is disposed of in the designated waste and recycling bins behind the owners’ lounge

Booking Terms and Conditions:

    •    A £100 deposit is required upon booking confirmation.

    •    The full balance must be settled 30 days before the holiday commencement date.

    •    No BBQs allowed on the decking; a BBQ area is available behind the owners’ lounge. Any damages incurred to the decking due to BBQs will incur charges.

    •    Smoking inside the caravan is strictly prohibited.

    •    Guests are liable for any damages or breakages incurred during their stay.

    •    Grass parking spaces are available to the left-hand side of the caravan when facing downhill. Please take care when wet and consider alternate parking on the tarmac where possible. 

    •    Same-sex groups are not permitted as per site policy.

    •    A comprehensive inventory check will be conducted after each booking, and guests are responsible for replacing any lost or stolen items.
