Our lovely modern and spacious caravan has heating throughout and is situated in a quiet part of Swanage bay view caravan park, with great hill views. The park has a restaurant, bar, swimming pool and gym and maintains a restful feel to it. We are within walking distance of swanage and the caravan is only minutes away from the southwest coast path and a nature reserve.

The van itself has two bedrooms, one with a king-sized bed and the other with two single beds. The lounge is very comfortable and spacious with  hill views, there is a double pull out sofa bed in here. The kitchen is fully equipped with anything you may need. There is a large fridge freezer, oven, microwave and we provide all the basic essentials such as washing up liquid, toilet roll, cleaning cloths, bin bags hand and tea towels and cleaning products.
The bathroom has a large shower, toilet and wash basin.
There is decking from the van with seating on it to sit and relax while taking in the great views.

We provide duvets and pillows but you will need to bring your own linen and towels. 
 
We do take three-night bookings outside of the summer holidays so please do enquire for any dates.

We take a £100 deposit on booking and the balance is due two months before the arrival date.
