Sitting in the front corner of the site, 33A is one of only 3 larger caravans. It is a light and airy caravan, with superb, modern fittings & decoration, plenty of space and in immaculate condition . Wrap around decking has been fitted & on a private spacious plot where no-one will walk through, it is a perfect spot to sit back relax & unwind on the deck with a cool drink, taking in the stunning views.
33A sleeps 6. There are two bedrooms, one double (with an en-suite) and one twin, there is also a pull out double bed in the lounge. The kitchen is well equipped with oven/hob, fridge and freezer, microwave, cutlery, crockery etc. In the lounge, there is an Smart TV .
We have an outside tap to help with those sandy clothes/footwear, store with windshields & sunloungers, also chairs to take to the beach. The caravan is well lit at night & has a small patio/seating area with table/chairs & umbrella in addition to decking seating.
The caravan is strictly non smoking at all times.You will need to provide bed linen, towels and tea towels.There is a great laundry room with industrial machines.

From the door, you can take a 2 minute walk to the blug flag beach. The Gap is a quiet site in the coastal village of East Runton which is a well served village; there is a small supermarket, 2 pubs, a butchers and has regular buses to Cromer, Sheringham, Holt, Norwich and Hunstanton to name but a few.

The payment should be made in full at least 8 weeks prior to arrival. Only those persons named on the booking form can stay at the caravan, please see terms and conditions. You are not allowed to recharge electric vehicles from this caravan.
The Gap Caravan Site is located in a fantastic position, footsteps away from the beach, on the cliff tops of East Runton in North Norfolk, just over a mile away from Cromer town centre.
The park has remarkable views of the sea and the surrounding countryside. Cromer pier, church and lighthouse can also be seen from most parts of the site. There is a slope opposite our entrance which goes straight down to East Runton's very own Blue Flag beach, leading to hours of fun to be had building sandcastles or searching for crabs in the rock pools at low tide. East Runton also offers two pubs, a Greek restaurant, Fish & Chips and a convenience shop. Within waking distance is the town of Cromer, with it's Blue Flag sandy beaches, famous pier, Church, numerous cafes and shops, museum, cinema and the end of pier 'Seaside Special' shows. There is also a train station which runs direct to the fine city of Norwich, which is 40 minutes away.
Sheringham, a short five minute drive away, is another busy seaside town. It has the 'Splash' Leisure Pool as well as beautiful gardens to see at Priory Maze and Gardens. There is also the opportunity to hop on the North Norfolk Steam Railway to take a ride to the Georgian town of Holt.
Whatever time of year you choose to holiday at Gap Caravan Park you are bound to find plenty to see and do and one thing is certain - one visit is never enough...
