Long Beach Park, Hemsby, Great Yarmouth, Norfolk (Ref.111654)

There is direct access to the valley and beach from our caravan. The Long beach estate includes a medium sized caravan park a few minutes walk from Hemsby Beach Road, this park is very popular with couples or families who want a bit of peace but within reach of the clubs and bars, it also has direct access to Winterton Valley and the private beach and dunes.

The beach is still accessible and open

The Long Beach estate sells caravans but do not let caravans themselves, all the statics are privately owned

We have one private static letting caravan at Longbeach (E10) which is a two bedroomed 4 berth equipped with all you need, it has a fair sized lounge, fitted kitchen , one double bedroom and a second room with two singles ideally suited to children. We can provide bedlinen for ten pounds per night booked, if you use this option the beds will made up for arrival, please note that duvets and pillows are provided but you will need to bring your own towels.

The caravan has a flatscreen colour tv, gas fire and double glazing throughout. There are timed electric heaters in the bedrooms and showeroom with wc.

A five minute walk with no busy roads will take you into the valley over the dunes to a fantastic sandy beach, you can easily take the beach walks to Winterton or Hemsby, sadly the popular beach cafe at Winterton has now succumbed to coastal erosion.

Our caravan is one of only three that has some seaviews, the van has direct access to the beach and is not threatend by erosion at the moment as the Winterton valley is between the park and beach with some dunes protection,

We would ask visitors to help prevent erosion by not climbing or jumping down or sliding down the dunes and keep to the marked path to access the beach

Please also pick up dog waste and use the bins provided.

The park itself has a well equipped and maintained playground and the Dolphin Bar and restaurant which is very popular with both holiday makers and locals , there is also a small shop on site stocking essentials

Perfectly situated to explore the natural beauty of the Norfolk Broads, stunning countryside, the park has it's own beach.

The park owners run 2 bars in Hemsby - The Dolphin Bar & The Seadell Bar. The Dolphin Bar is the clubhouse (also serving food) on Long Beach Estate, Hemsby. The Seadell is situated approx. 10 minute walk from Longbeach on the main Beach Road in Hemsby. 

 Both venues are family-friendly and offer live entertainment through the season.
