This lovely warm and welcoming caravan is fully equipped presenting a nice layout of this 28 x 10 foot 2 bed 4 berth caravan. It is situated in an ideal position with a sea view giving a wonderful view where you can see Cromer Pier and the beach is 3 mins away. Perfect for the family holidays / retreat for couples to relax. This caravan has 2 doors and has a real homely feel. Please note Caravan hire is for weekly lets only, Sat - Sat. Perfect spot with lovely view, ideal for couples or familes. Parking for 2 cars. lovely wooden gated decking allowing outside relaxing space with table and chair. Changeover day is Saturday.

This lovely well situated caravan, clean & comfortable & non-smoking 4/5 berth with parking, is situated on a lovely unspoilt quiet site in East Runton, Norfolk on the Gap caravan site this caravan has plenty to offer for your holiday in this lovely caravan giving you a wonderful view. We only cater for weekly lets only Sat - Sat.

What can we tell you about this beautiful scenic area, we have been visiting this area since 1985 with our children and now our children are taking their children so it does have that certain feel aswell has having numerous tourist attractions and is popular for bird watching and walking. Our caravan is situated on a generous size plot and does have a ovely seaview and it is a short walk to the beach ( 5 mins ) and parking next to caravan. The village of East Runton has a village green, a playground, a pond, 2 pubs, Entertainment, sports bar with quiz nights, Fish & Chip shop, main shopping stores within 2-3 miles.

East Runton is between the Norfolk towns of Cromer, (famous for its crabs & Victorian pier with end of pier shows), & Sheringham, Regular buses run either way through the village. There are 3 golf courses all close by, West Runton along with the links courses of Cromer & Sheringham. In Sheringham they have the North Norfolk Railway where you can experience a Steam Train journey and Sheringham also has an indoor liesure and fitness centre called Splash.

Our caravan has 2 Bedrooms, 1 double & 1 twin singles, another single available as you can make a bed in the living area ( max 5 ), all bedding supplied duvets and pillows, fresh mattress protectors are put on each week. You will need to bring bed linen sheets, duvet and pillow covers, bath and tea towels.  

Our Lounge area has spacious seating, a fire, there are also 1 portable heaters, LED TV with freeview, DVD player & USB port. The kitchen area has a Cooker, undercounter Fridge Freezer, Microwave, Kettle, toaster & pots, pans & all utensils.

Parking is free next to the caravan, where there is lots of room to relax outside plus take in lovely sea view of cromer Pier from the decking.

There is also an outside storage bench chair seat/box with 4 chairs,& windbreak in for your use during your holiday.

Gas & Electric are included in the price.

There is now wi-fi covering the site, this is obtainable by a company who will supply wi-fi at a charge per day / week etc, and details of this I can send to you when enquirying, this is a separate issue with a service provider who provide the Gap Caravan Site with wi-fi coverage and not the responsibilty of us the caravan hirers. Caravan number is A2. 

The site does has a coin operated laundrette.( 2 washine machines / 1 dryer )

If arriving by Train Cromer station is a 5 min taxi ride.
