Our 3 Bedroom (8 Berth) holiday home has central heating,  secure wrap around decking, dog friendly and is a real home from home. All bedding supplied and beds made up for arrival.

The kitchen comprises gas oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, toaster, kettle, air fryer, Tassimo coffe machine, toasted sandwich maker. I also supply washing up liquid, dishcloth, scrubber, tea towel, oven gloves, tin foil, cling film, kitchen roll & toilet roll. The lounge/ dining area has a wrap around sofa, freestanding dining table and stools, electric fire, flat screen 40” hdmi TV and a DVD player, radio. A variety of games and books. There is a fold out double bed in the lounge. Wifi available (not guaranteed). An extra TV for watching dvd's is provided

The 3 bedrooms comprises of 1 double and 2 twin bedded rooms all with storage/hanging space , bedside tables and lamps. The bathroom has a good sized shower, basin and toilet with heated towel rail. There is an extra toilet and hand wash basin.  A toilet roll is supplied for each toilet and hand wash also supplied. All beds made up for arrival. Towels are no longer provided.

Outside we have a raised decking area with table, chairs and settee – perfect for relaxing on those long summer evenings. Outside store containing cushions, extra chairs, parasol, games, dog pool. Parking for 1 car on hard standing & 1 car on grass (weather permitting!) BBQ included

On the site there are both heated indoor and outdoor (26 x 12metre) pools, kids adventure play area and splash zone/aqua play area. There are 3 restaurants and 4 bars as well as a delivery/takeaway service, fish and chip shop and general store. For the children (and some adults!) there is an arcade and games area.

The site comprises of 6 lakes which are set aside for Water Skiing, Jet Skiing, Aqua Park, Wakeboarding, Paddleboarding, Kayaks, Pedalo Hire. These are at additional costs as are the childrens' activities. For the older children and adults you can do Archery, High Ropes, Laser Tag, Hoverboarding to name but a few of the activities available. There is also cycle hire, gym and spa. Two of the lakes are reserved for fishing. There is also a laundrette and a small supermarket.

Further afield is the seaside town of Skegness ( 40 minutes drive) or Mablethorpe (1 hour away)

We allow 1 or 2  well behaved small/medium sized dogs in the caravan but not in the bedrooms please.

Please note that Shearwater is in close proximity to RAF Coningsby, which is home to the Typhoon OCU and a Test & Evaluation Squadron. The Battle of Britain Memorial Flight is also based at RAF Coningsby with their Lancaster, Spitfires, Hurricanes, Dakota, and Chipmunk aircraft all of which fly past, close by, occassionally. A wonderful site for plane enthusiasts.

£50 deposit to secure booking, balance to be paid 28 days prior to holiday.   £100 returnable security bond required. 

Guest passes are required to use the facilities, pools, bars, restaurants etc. Price of these are set by the Park and must be purchased through me if required. The cost is per UNIT not per person and are currently (2024)  £80 off peak for up to 6 nights or £100 for a week.  For peak times they are £130 for up to 6 nights and £175 for a week. For July 19th to Sept 4th the cost is £194 for up to 6 nights and £216 for a week

Check in from 3pm.  Departure by 10am  You can arrive on site earlier and depart site later to make the most of your holiday.

Tattershall Lakes Country Park is a superb family leisure and holiday centre, sat in beautiful woods, lakes and parklands in the heart of Lincolnshire.

It offers all you and your family may need for a relaxing or active holiday, whether it be for a day out, a long weekend, or your annual holiday.
