Our stunning top of the range 42' x 14'  Victory Lakewood Lodge new in 2022 is situated in a quiet area of Woodland View on Shorefield Country Park.

The Lodge is a 10min walk to the beach and a similar stroll through the park and woodland to the main Shorefield complex.

It has full gas fired central heating all windows and external doors are double glazed.

There is a wrap around terrace externally with patio table and chairs, and a dedicated parking space for guests vehicles

The open area lounge, has two free standing settees, with coffee table, feature electric fire, a Panasonic 50" flat screen smart T.V., Large patio doors open out onto the terrace.

Free WIFI is available, and USB charging points are provided throughout the Lodge.

The dining area has a table and 4 chairs

The kitchen area has two work top areas one with in built 5 burner gas hob, one with built in 1.5 sink and large chopping board, the built in electric oven/grill has a microwave above, with a cooker hood over the gas hob, the area has a floor to ceiling built in fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, kettle, toaster, waste bins a full set of kithen utensils, cutlery saucepans etc.

The Lodge benefits from an entrance hallway with broom cupboard. adjacent to the central heating boiler

From the hallway access to the main bedroom with king sized bed, walk in wardrobe with cupboard and draw space, hanging rail for clothes, a dressing table and stool, two bed side cupoards,a new wall mounted LG 32" smart T.V. The en-suite bathroom has a walk in drench shower, wash hand basin, W.C. A hairdrier is provided

The second bedroom off the hallway, has two full size single beds, two wardrobes and a bedside cupboard, a 32" wall mounted freeview T.V. is provided in this room.

There is an iron, small ironing board provided

Freshley laundered bed linen is provided, the beds will be made up when you arrive. Towels are not provided

Same Sex groups cannot be accomodated

We do not allow pets

A 10% deposit will be required at the time of booking, final invoicing will be 8 weeks prior to your booking. final payment no later than 4 later.

A surety deposit of maximum £100 will be required against any damage (including smoke damage) that may be caused. This will be refunded when the key is returned in the pre paid envelope, and satisfactory inspection of the Lodge by our cleaner, generally the same day that the key is returned, but within 14 days.
