Open plan Living Room: 32 LCD TV and a separate DVD Player with a selection of DVD’s available, 2 separate free standing sofas Double pull out bed under the 3-seater sofa & radiator.

Dining Area (open plan): table and chairs

Kitchen: large integrated fridge freezer, full sized cooker and grill, microwave, kettle, toaster and all the utensils required which are new.

Bathroom: toilet, shower, sink, under sink unit & towel radiator.

Master Bedroom: double size bed, wardrobe, radiator with dressing table and drawers, bed side lamps and hairdryer.

Single Bedroom: 2 x single beds, wardrobe & radiator.

Outside: outside decking on the caravan and an outside light.

The caravan is only available to families and couples with at least one person of 25 years old or over. Unfortunately no pets will be permitted. We are a non smoking caravan.

Quality duvets and all pillows are provided including mattress and pillow protectors, please leave these in place but you will need to bring duvet covers, pillow covers and all towels needed for your stay.

A £50 non refundable deposit will be required to book your stay (£100 per week in the summer 6 weeks) plus a £50 security bond which will be returned after the caravan has been inspected by the cleaners subject to the caravan being left in a reasonable condition.

The balance of the holiday is to be paid no later than 5 weeks before the holiday start date unless the date of booking is later than this date and in this case the full balance would be required to book the holiday.

If an holiday is cancelled by the renter with more than 5 weeks left before the holiday start date, only the £50 non refundable deposit will not be refunded.

If an holiday is cancelled by the renter with less than 5 weeks left before the holiday start date, only the £50 security bond will be refunded.

We recommend that you take out holiday insurance to cover yourself if you have to cancel a holiday close to the arrival date.

Non refundable deposits, balances and security bonds can be paid by either cheque or bank transfer.
