Killigarth Manor is a popular well established Holiday Park
Near By is thr fishing village of Looe and the historically known Smugglers Harbour of Polperro.
The caravan is on the far side of the park which is still only minutes away from the entertainment.
A lovely location on the cliffs above Polperro , This caravan has a large lounge with suround sofa seating. Large screen tv plus a dvd player. The large windows give views out across the Polperro coastline ,
The dining room is open plan through to the kitchen, With gas cooker , fridge, and all the standard utilities , microwave, kettle, toaster.
Double bedroom with wardrobe and dressing table , Two single twin bedrooms. Bathroom has walk in shower & toilet etc.
The sun decking is large with patio furniture , the decking does have a gate to provide safty for dogs / children.
Within walking distance into Talland Bay , with its rock pool beach ( very popular with the children ) and beach side cafe. A little further along is,Smugglers Rest. Also near by to the caravan is the footpath into Polperro. Polperro has a large car park with a tram service into the centre of Polperro. Polperro has a sndy beach, fihing trips and sight seeing along the cost. Excellent pubs, restaurants, cafes and Cornish tea rooms ,gift shops and several art gallaries.

Nestled away down a country lane with stunning countryside views is Killigarth Manor Holiday Park.
Holidaymakers return here year after year. A public footpath from the park leads down to Talland Bay, a magical cove with great rock pools for the kids to investigate and a beach cafe with Cornish cream teas you’ll never forget.
