Two bedroom, six berth caravan. Bedrooms consist of one double, one twin (which can be made into a double) and a comfortable pull out bed in the lounge which is big enough for two children or one adult as well as an enclosed decking area with bistro set. Under cupboard heating in bedrooms. Travel Cot and Wheelchair ramp available.
All Duvets and Pillows are provided. Please note that duvet covers and bed sheets are not provided,
Included in the price is tea, coffee, sugar, tea towel, hand towel and bath mat.
The Lounge area has spacious seating with TV and DVD player with DVDs for the family.
Contains a fully equipped kitchen, with a four ring gas hob, under counter fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, toaster.
Bathroom with shower, washbasin and toilet.
Electricity and Gas are provided in the price.
The Gap Caravan Park has a laundry room with coin operated washer & dryer.
The Gap has optional Wi-fi supplied by, http://www.caravanconnect.co.uk , there is a charge to use wifi payable direct to caravanconnect.

The caravan is strictly no smoking.
Pets must be kept off the furniture and beds and not left in the caravan on their own.
Guests must not charge their electric cars using the caravans electricity.
Parking is next to the caravan.
A £50 Non Refundable deposit is required when booking with the balance payable 6 weeks before your holiday.
Check in time is 16.00 on day of arrival and check out time is 10:00 on day of departure.

A blue flag beach is just 200 yards away and in the village you will find a small supermarket, fish and chip shop, butcher and 2 pubs.
Both Cromer and Sheringham are within walking distance along the beach, clifftops or on the excellent bus service. Dotted along the coastline you will find some wonderful villages and lots of places of interest.
The Gap Caravan Site is located in a fantastic position, footsteps away from the beach, on the cliff tops of East Runton in North Norfolk, just over a mile away from Cromer town centre.
The park has remarkable views of the sea and the surrounding countryside. Cromer pier, church and lighthouse can also be seen from most parts of the site. There is a slope opposite our entrance which goes straight down to East Runton's very own Blue Flag beach, leading to hours of fun to be had building sandcastles or searching for crabs in the rock pools at low tide. East Runton also offers two pubs, a Greek restaurant, Fish & Chips and a convenience shop. Within waking distance is the town of Cromer, with it's Blue Flag sandy beaches, famous pier, Church, numerous cafes and shops, museum, cinema and the end of pier 'Seaside Special' shows. There is also a train station which runs direct to the fine city of Norwich, which is 40 minutes away.
Sheringham, a short five minute drive away, is another busy seaside town. It has the 'Splash' Leisure Pool as well as beautiful gardens to see at Priory Maze and Gardens. There is also the opportunity to hop on the North Norfolk Steam Railway to take a ride to the Georgian town of Holt.
Whatever time of year you choose to holiday at Gap Caravan Park you are bound to find plenty to see and do and one thing is certain - one visit is never enough...
