A wider style caravan with spacious living areas, gas central heating and double glazing. The caravan is located in a secluded spot however is close to the beach, shop and all on site facilities. There is a private patio and large decking area with a comfortable outdoor dining table and chairs.
The caravan has two bedrooms. One master bedroom with large walk in wardrobe, king size bed and dressing table and a twin bedroom with a single wardrobe.
There is a separate spacious living room with a comfortable L shaped sofa which folds into a double bed. In the event the sofa bed is used the guests have complete privacy. The living room has french doors leading onto a decking area with a small table and chairs. It also has a 40 inch smart tv and a dvd player along with a selection of dvd's.
There is a large well equipped kitchen/diner which includes a dishwasher, oven with separate grill and a 5 ring hob as well as separate fridge and freezer and 4 seater dining table. We have included everything you will need for your stay including a toaster, kettle and microwave. There is also an iron and ironing board.
The bathroom is large and has the bonus of a bath and a separate shower.
Free unlimited wifi is included.

The caravan is available for 3 nights (Friday to Monday), 4 nights (Monday to Friday) or 7 nights (Friday to Friday). Please note that during school holidays all bookings will be for 7 nights.
We ask for a £100 deposit to secure your booking with full payment required 4 weeks in advance. We also ask for a £100 security deposit to be refunded within 7 days of your stay ending subject to the caravan being left in a clean and tidy condition with no damage.
Pillows and duvets are provided and are sanitised between guests. Please bring your own sheets, pillow cases, duvet covers and towels (bedding packs are available at £30 - if required please advise on booking). Washing up liquid, a tea towel, dish cloth and a small number of dishwasher tablets will be provided.
We are unable to accept dogs and we ask that guests refrain from smoking inside the caravan.
