Comfortable family owned 2 bedroom / 6 berth holiday home to hire on Parkdean Cayton Bay. Close to the excellent on site facilities, a short bus ride into scarborough and 5-10 minute walk to the local (Dog friendly) beach. Our holiday home is located on Gosling 2 and is a short walk to the entertainment complex and amenities, but still far enough away to enjoy a quiet relaxing holiday. The caravan has 2 bedrooms and can sleep up to 6 guests with a double pull out bed in the living room. The master bedroom has a king size bed, 32 inch TV with ensuite washroom and second bedroom with twin beds. We provide all bedding and bed linen and the caravan comes with double glazing & central heating. The caravan has a full bathroom with shower, wash basin and toilet and a 2nd toilet and wash basin to the master bedroom. The living room has a large, open-plan living and dining area. The kitchen is fully equipped with all your essentials and an air fryer.
Unlimited private Wi-fi is available throughout the caravan.
Check In for the caravan is from 3pm on your arrival date. Check out is 10am on your official departure date. Passes to the main show bar and pool are not included - if you would like to purchase guest passes they can be purchased from reception at around £26 per person per week.
No Hens, Stags and same sax groups. Please be mindful that this is our family holiday home.
Please Note*** We DO NOT allow charging of electric vehicles, and we cannot allow our guest to run electric cables from the caravan across a public area, sorry.
Cayton is a lovely peaceful village, just a stones throw from Scarborough but far enough from the hussle and bussle The beach is untouched and dog friendly all year round with some stunning cliffs around it. Mindful of the steep hill though...

The perfect setting for a memorable family holiday, there's something for everyone at this lively park. The beach is nearby, the indoor waterworld offers hours of splashing fun with fountains, waterjets and a slide, while an all weather sports court means fun and games for all the family. Kids are well catered for with Sparky's Krew providing a range of activities for 5–11s. The Boathouse Bar, serving delicious meals, makes an ideal start to the evening before enjoying the dancing, competitions, shows and visiting cabaret at the Oasis Showbar.
Cayton Bay is a superb base for exploring the many sandy beaches and historic attractions of this beautiful area. Scarborough, Filey and the famous cliffs at Flamborough Head are all within an easy drive.
