MODERN 2025 CARAVAN WITH PRIVATE DECKING
Enjoy a seaside escape in our 2025 Willerby Ellerton Extra at Parkdean Resorts’ Camber Sands Holiday Park. With three bedrooms, space for up to eight guests and private decking with outdoor seating, it is a welcoming base for family holidays and breaks with your dog.

PAYMENT OPTIONS
Pay in full, or book with a £50 deposit and spread the remaining balance with monthly payments. The final payment is due one month before check-in. Please ask us to confirm the payment schedule for your chosen dates.

SPACE TO RELAX
The sleeping arrangements are one double bedroom, two twin bedrooms and a lounge sofa bed. Relax on the L-shaped seating with a 40-inch Smart TV, or enjoy the 24-inch Smart TV in the main bedroom. USB wall sockets are provided in every room. The caravan has a shower room and a separate WC.

COOK, UNPACK AND SETTLE IN
The kitchen includes a gas oven and hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster and air fryer. Fresh bed linen is included and beds are made for your arrival. We provide tea, coffee, sugar and milk, plus shampoo, conditioner, shower gel and hand soap. Two hand towels and two bath towels are included in total; extra towels are available to add.

BRING YOUR DOG
Dogs are welcome at £30 per pet, with a maximum of one large dog or two small/medium dogs. Please include your dog’s details when enquiring.

WI-FI
Free Parkdean Wi-Fi is available in the main park areas, with limited signal possible inside the caravan and no streaming on the free service. High-speed Wi-Fi is an optional extra.

OPTIONAL EXTRAS
High-speed Wi-Fi, early check-in at 2pm, late check-out at noon, a travel cot, highchair, bed guards, additional bath or beach towels, and our Family Fun or Night In for Two packages are available as extras. Please ask for current prices, what each package includes and availability when enquiring.

ARRIVAL AND YOUR STAY
Check-in is from 4pm and check-out is by 10am. Self check-in is via a secure key safe. Our hire covers the accommodation; Parkdean manages the park and its facilities, and passes are not included. We do not accept stag, hen or large same-sex adult-only groups.

BEACH DAYS AND DAYS OUT
Camber Sands Holiday Park is a short walk from the sandy beach: a great base for beach walks, sandcastle building and family days by the sea. Nearby Rye offers historic streets, shops and places to eat. Rye Harbour Nature Reserve, Hastings and Bodiam Castle provide more ideas for days out.

ON THE PARK
Parkdean Resorts manages the swimming pools, children’s activities, play areas, entertainment, restaurant, bar and takeaway. Facility access and some activities require passes or additional payment. Passes are not included in our accommodation price and can be purchased from Parkdean. Facilities, opening hours and activities vary by season; please check availability and current charges with the park, especially for winter stays.
