This mini lodge is exceptional, the open plan lounge, dining and kitchen gives you a beautiful sense of space especially with the high ceilings. Absolutely stunning.
The distinctive lounge has fixed corner seating and a generous arm chair in neutral colours with cushions, 32" smart TV with freeview. An attractive electric log effect fire with feature surround and mirror above.
Light floods into this caravan through the huge patio doors. The kitchen, is fabulous, it has a rustic tone that gives it that luxury edge. The kitchen has built in oven with grill, integrated dishwasher plus tablets, fridge, freezer and microwave, 4 burner hob. Plenty of space to cook or prepare that perfect meal. Everything for the kitchen you would ever need is provided pots, pans, cutlery, glasses etc.
The dining table has a great vantage point to see what’s going on around the caravan, watch the TV or aimlessly gaze out of the huge patio doors at Water Ski Lake.
Outside is a UPVc veranda with tinted glass to the front making the most of the sensational view of waterski lake. Also relax and enjoy your surroundings in the sunken Hot Tub that seats 6 which has LED backlit waterfall, lighting, jetting, foot wells and cup holders without moving from the comfort of your own luxury caravan. Please ensure that the hot tub cover is put on after use. Also, ensure that you read the guidelines for using the hot tub as these are there for your safety and others. Patio furniture is also included for those of you who would just like to sit and relax.
The master bedroom suite is very spacious with double bed and upholstered headboard. Side cabinets with lamps. Double wardrobe, dressing table with drawers underneath. Power sockets with USB. Central heating radiator and 24" TV. It also has an ensuite wc, with wash basin.
Bedroom 2 has two single beds with bedside cabinet and cupboard space above with lamp, power sockets and USB. Double wardrobe with drawers underneath. Large mirror for doing hair and makeup plus a central heated radiator. Very spacious room.
Bedroom 3 has two single beds with bedside cabinet and cupboard space above with lamp, power sockets and USB. Single wardrobe, mirror and a central heated radiator.
The main bathroom has a large power shower with tiled splashback, vanity sink and WC, and large mirror. With decorative shelving and radiator.
A selection of Tea, coffee, sugar, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, soap and toilet rolls will be provided.
You will find a hoover, mop, sweeping brush for you to use during your stay. A few cleaning materials will be left just in case you need them.

BY BOOKING AND PAYING YOUR DEPOSIT, YOU ARE AGREEING TO ABIDE BY THESE TERMS & CONDITIONS
- £100 DEPOSIT MUST BE PAID ON BOOKING TO SECURE YOUR HOLIDAY.
- MINIUM STAY IS 3 NIGHTS.
- BALANCE MUST BE PAID 6 WEEKS PRIOR TO YOUR ARRIVAL DAY.
- £100 DAMAGE/SECURITY BOND TO BE PAID 6 WEEKS BEFORE YOUR STAY. UNLESS OTHERWISE AGREED.
- IF YOUR HOLIDAY IS TO BE TAKEN WITHIN 6 WEEKS OF BOOKING, THE FULL AMOUNT PLUS
SECURITY/DAMAGE DEPOSIT BOND MUST BE PAID AT TIME OF BOOKING.
- CHECK IN IS FROM 3PM.
- CHECK OUT IS NO LATER THAN 9.30AM
- IF BALANCE IS NOT PAID ON TIME YOU MAY LOSE YOUR HOLIDAY. IF YOU HAVE ANY ISSUES PLEASE CONTACT US AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.
- THE HOLIDAY IS SELF CHECK IN, THE KEY IS IN A LOCK BOX ON THE BACK OF THE GATE POST. DUE TO SECURITY REASONS THE CODE FOR THE KEY LOCK BOX WILL BE TEXT TO YOU ON THE MORNING OF YOUR ARRIVAL. PLEASE CONFIRM THAT YOU HAVE RECEIVED THIS.
- IF YOU LEAVE BEFORE YOUR CHECK OUT TIME NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN,UNLESS THIS IS DUE IN WHOLE OR IN PART TO US NOT BEING ABLE TO PROVIDE THE ADVERTISED HOLIDAY.
- STRICTLY NO SMOKING OR VAPING IN THE HOLIDAY HOME, ANY EVIDENCE OF THIS WILL RESULT IN NON RETURN OF YOUR DAMAGE/SECURITY BOND DUE TO A DEEP CLEAN BEING REQUIRED.
- STRICTLY NO CANDLES, JOSS STICKS OR ANY OTHER ITEMS THAT REQUIRE IGNITING TO BE USED IN THE HOLIDAY HOME.NO DISPOSABLE BBQ’S ARE TO BE USED ON OR AROUND THE DECKING, ANY EVIDENCE OF THESE WILLL RESULT IN YOU LOOSING YOUR BOND.
- ONLY 1 WELL BEHAVED DOG (UNLESS OTHERWISE AUTHORISED) IS ALLOWED IN THE HOLIDAY HOME. DO NOT LEAVE DOGS UNATTENDED IN THE HOLIDAY HOME. ANY DAMAGE WILL RESULT IN NON RETURN OF YOUR BOND.
- PLEASE KEEP DOGS OFF ALL BEDS AND SOFT FURNISHINGS.PLEASE KEEP DOGS ON LEADS AT ALL TIMES WHEN AROUND THE PARK AND PLEASE CLEAN UP AFTER YOUR DOG.
- PLEASE FOLLOW THE HOT TUB RULES AND GUIDELINES. THIS ADVICE IS ON THE SIGN BY THE HOT TUB AND PROVIDES THE SAFE USE RULES. PLEASE DO NOT STAND, WALK OR SIT ON THE HOT TUB LID, AS THIS WILL DAMAGE IT. NOT FOLLOWING THESE GUIDELINES, WILL RESULT IN THE HOT TUB BEING DRAINED AND YOUR BOND BEING WITHELD IF YOUR ACTIONS HAVE DAMAGED THE HOT TUB OR LID, IN ANYWAY. WE OR THE PARK TAKE NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY ACCIDENTS OR INCIDENTS THAT MAY OCCUR DUE TO MISUSE OR OTHERWISE.
- PLEASE BE AWARE THAT ON VERY RARE OCCASIONS, DUE TO CIRCUMSTANCES BEYOND OUR CONTROL, THE HOT TUB MAY NOT BE AT TEMPERATURE UPON YOUR ARRIVAL, WE CAN ONLY APPOLOGISE FOR ANY INCONVEIIENCE CAUSED.
- ON THE MORNING OF YOUR DEPARTURE PLEASE MAKE THE HOT TUB AVAILIABLE FROM 8.30AM. THIS IS TO ALLOW THE HOT TUB TEAM, TO EMPTY, CLEAN AND START TO REFILL, READY FOR THE NEXT GUESTS WHO ARE CHECKING IN. THIS MAY CAUSE THE WATER PRESURE IN THE HOLIDAY HOME TO BE REDUCED. AGAIN WE CAN ONLY APOLOGISE FOR ANY INCONVENIENCE CAUSED.
- DUE TO THE CLOSE PROXIMITY OF THE HOLIDAY PARK TO RAF CONNINGSBY, THERE MAY BE AIRCRAFT NOISE FROM TIME TO TIME.
- PLEASE NOTE THAT SWIMMING IS PROHIBITED IN ALL OF THE LAKES.
- CHECK THE HOLIDAY HOME ON ARRIVAL: If you find any issues please contact us immediately. This will protect you from being charged if we find this after your departure. If anything is damaged during your stay please contact us immediately so that we can arrange repair before the next guests arrive.
- LEAVE THE HOLIDAY HOME CLEAN & SECURE : Prior to leaving the caravan please ensure that all kitchen equipment is clean and back in place. Please wipe clean all kitchen surfaces and tables. PLEASE EMPTY THE CUPBOARDS AND THE FRIDGE/FREEZER OF ANY FOOD THAT YOU MAY HAVE BROUGHT OR PURCHASED DURING YOUR STAY. BINS NEED TO BE LEFT EMPTY AND THE FLOORS LEFT CLEAR OF MESS. The holiday home should be left in the condition you found it, so that the cleaners don’t have to spend extra time cleaning and delay the next guests. Any excess cleaning required will be charged from your security deposit . ALL DOORS AND WINDOWS MUST BE CLOSED AND LOCKED WHEN YOU LEAVE THE CARAVAN. Failure to do this risks the security of the holiday home and the deposit may be withheld. The owners/cleaners will take photographs of any mess or damage they find. Please respect the property.
- DO NOT LEAVE LATER THAN THE STATED DEPARTURE TIME: You may be fined if you leave late as access is required by cleaners and the next guests may suffer delays in starting their holiday, for which they will expect compensation. DEPARTURE IS NO LATER THAN 10.00AM.
- YOU COULD FACE EVICTION AND LOSS OF ALL OR PART OF SECURITY BOND IF:
- 24a. You have extra guests or pets staying that have not been pre-registered.
- 24b .You cause any nuisance to others, such as loud music or shouting.
- 24c. Anyone is found to be smoking or vaping in the holiday home.
- 24d. Any use of drugs.
- 24e. You breach any of the rules of the caravan site, OR breach any of these terms and conditions.

A gentle reminder, that we offer a self-catering holiday home only. As an owner we now need to purchase your passes on your behalf. Please be aware that, we cannot be held responsible if you choose to buy passes, and the activities, restaurants, pools etc are fully booked, and therefore you are unable to access these facilities. Bookings are with Away Resorts, and we thank you for your understanding with this matter.
Tattershall Lakes Country Park is a superb family leisure and holiday centre, sat in beautiful woods, lakes and parklands in the heart of Lincolnshire.
It offers all you and your family may need for a relaxing or active holiday, whether it be for a day out, a long weekend, or your annual holiday.
The park offers a range of activities from jet skiing, water skiing, swimming pool, fishing, golfing, speed boating, restaurant, clubhouse, spa facility and childrens play area. Beautiful walks around this 350 acre country park. The ideal spot from which to tour the Lincolnshire countryside and seaside.
