The holiday park is situated within a stones throw away from Cayton bay beach, and only around 2 miles from the beach at Scarborough & the local town. There are Amazing on site facilites and entertainment for all the family from swimming, high rope walking to crazy golf or go karting but if your looking for something a bit more relaxing you can try your luck with an evening of bingo in the showbar before the nights entertainment gets underway. Whether its only for a short stay the memories you will create at Cayton Bay will last a lifetime. 

We know accidents do happen but all we ask is if anything is broken that you let us know before youo leave please so that it can be replaced.

WE ARE ABLE TO OFFER LONGER TERM LETS DURING THE LOW SEASON, AUTUMN & WINTER, PLEASE ENQUIRE.

Booking Terms:

* No Stag/Hen Parties 

* Strictly no smoking inside the caravan.

* We take a £75 returnable Bond on all bookings, this will be refunded usually within 3 Days & on completion of satisfactory inspection.of the caravan & it's contents, Any Damages over the £75 value will be invoiced seperately,  If an accidental damage occurs, or something stops working, PLEASE LET US KNOW ASAP SO WE CAN RECTIFY FOR YOU, OR THE NEXT GUESTS thank you.

* Small dogs only  

* Check in 4pm and Check out 10am.

* Names and Addresses of all staying guests are required at the time of booking.

* We can reserve your booking straight away with a min £50 non returnable Deposit (This comes off the price of your booking)

*Full payment including returnable Bond is due 4 Weeks before the start Date of your booking, you can pay by installments to suit you.

* The lead main person booking & attending must be aged 21 or over

* Please be considerate of others staying on the park, in relation to noise or unruly behaviour, if this happens you may be asked to leave early without refund.

*Please let us know if you intend to bring a Dog at the time of booking, if you are, please bring your own Dog bedding etc, DOGS ARE NOT ALLOWED IN BEDROOMS AND THE PARK OWNERS DO NOT ALLOW DOGS TO BE LEFT ALONE IN CARAVANS.

* No sub letting, we make a note when you book of all who will be attending, and the number of Adults & Children, only those will be permitted to stay, HOWEVER if  that changes, please let us know before you arrive thank you.
