Number 1 The Gap is a two bedroom, 4 berth caravan situated on the Gap Caravan Park, Beach Rd, East Runton, Cromer, Norfolk NR27 9PA.
- Situated at the front of the site and approximately 200m from the beach.
- The caravan is strictly Non Smoking).
- Pet Friendly (one small dog allowed) *Dogs not to be left alone in caravan.
- One bedroom with double bed.
- One bedroom with two single beds - these can be set up to create a double bed.
- One double duvet, 2 single duvets and four pillows provided. Please bring own covers, bed linen and towels. (Mattress covers are changed between each hire)
- All gas and electricity are included.
PLEASE NOTE CHARGING OF ELECTRIC CARS ARE STRICTLY PROHIBITED
- Fully equipped kitchen with 4 hob cooker and oven with grill, microwave,fridge freezer, toaster, kettle, air fryer and cutlery.
- Lounge with pier view and gas fire.
- A portable heater is also supplied.
- A Freeview TV.
- Bathroom with shower, sink and toilet.
- Parking for 1 vehicle at the side of the van
- Gas Safety and Landlord Certificate held.
- Carbon Monoxide detectors installed.
- Coin operated laundry on site
The village, 1 min walk away, has a small supermarket, coffee shop, 2 pubs, a newly renovated bar & restaurant The White Horse, Harry's Bar and fish & chip shop.
Cromer (2 min drive) & Sheringham (5 min drive) are in walking distance either along the beach or roadway.
Check in time is 4pm on day of arrival and check out is 10am on day of departure.

A Non-Refundable Deposit of £100 is required to secure the booking payable within 5 days of booking
Final balance due 4 weeks before arrival date. No refund will be given for cancellations under 6 weeks.
A £50 damage deposit is to be paid with the balance
Damage deposit will be refunded after 7 days provided the caravan is ok.
Please note the caravan is a NON SMOKING.

The Gap Caravan Site is located in a fantastic position, footsteps away from the beach, on the cliff tops of East Runton in North Norfolk, just over a mile away from Cromer town centre.
The park has remarkable views of the sea and the surrounding countryside. Cromer pier, church and lighthouse can also be seen from most parts of the site. There is a slope opposite our entrance which goes straight down to East Runton's very own Blue Flag beach, leading to hours of fun to be had building sandcastles or searching for crabs in the rock pools at low tide. East Runton also offers two pubs, a Greek restaurant, Fish & Chips and a convenience shop. Within waking distance is the town of Cromer, with it's Blue Flag sandy beaches, famous pier, Church, numerous cafes and shops, museum, cinema and the end of pier 'Seaside Special' shows. There is also a train station which runs direct to the fine city of Norwich, which is 40 minutes away.
Sheringham, a short five minute drive away, is another busy seaside town. It has the 'Splash' Leisure Pool as well as beautiful gardens to see at Priory Maze and Gardens. There is also the opportunity to hop on the North Norfolk Steam Railway to take a ride to the Georgian town of Holt.
Whatever time of year you choose to holiday at Gap Caravan Park you are bound to find plenty to see and do and one thing is certain - one visit is never enough...
