Free unlimited Wi-Fi, bedding povided all beds made up,

Fully equiped kitchen, gas cooker, air fryer, microwave, kettle, toaster , fridge / freezer, including crockery and coking utensils. 

Gas central heating throught caravan.

1 master bedroom with double bed and wardrobe

2 twin bedrooms with single beds and wardrobes in each

2 bathrooms, one with toilet and sink and one with toilet sink and shower

lounge there is a dining area, tv, combined radio cd player, dvd player, free wi and gas fire.

 The caravan also has its own parking plot and grassed area with picnic bench. There is plenty to do onsite including a family clubhouse and restaurant both provide food and live entertainment.  There is an inside play area. arcade and indoor swimming pool. Other onsite facilities include a chippy, launderette and grocery store. There is a beach 2 minute walk from caravan and 2 local funfairs a short distance away. Crazy golf, high ropes. and outside football pitch are also onsite. 

There are plenty of takeaways and restaurants in area including a supermaket in rhyl.  LLandudno, Abergele and conway are a short driving distance away where you can enjoy great days out. There is plenty to do for all great family holiday or relaxing break.

A £75 refundable security deposit is not included in the price and required to secure your stay, this will be added to the cost of your holiday,  when you check out the caravan will inspected and if satidfactory your deposit will be refunded a few days after your stay.   There is a also £20 fee for each dog

Bedding is provided, there is free wi-fi, gas & electricity

Booking In/Booking out
Check in time is  4pm – Check out by 11am. 
Keys can be collected from reception at check in. If you arrive outside reception hours keys can be collected from site clubhouse, please return key to reception at checkout.  Please contact park reception if you require any assistance 01745 833048 option 3. Car registration numbers will be required when booking your holiday to ensure access to the park via the gate. Please make sure you send all registrations associated with your stay.

Pets
Please make sure that your pet does not foul inside the property.  Any faeces must be removed immediately from the outside area.  No pets allowed on beds. Any uncleaned fouling and/or damaged by your pet to the property and/or contents in or around the property will be paid for by you the tenant. A £20 pet cleaning fee will added to your booking per pet to pay for professional cleaning of all carpets after your stay.  Make sure your pet’s vaccinations are up to date and regularly treated for flees and mites.  Pets are not to be left unattended in the caravan and kept in cages when absent.  The site rules are that dogs must be kept on leads at all times when walking round site. 

Kitchen worktops

Please use chopping boards provided when preparing food to avoid scratching worktops. Damage to worktops may result in the loss of your bond.

Rubbish
Do not leave rubbish in the caravan. Before you check out empty the bin at the site rubbish collection point and return bin to caravan. 

Please leave the caravan in a clean, tidy condition there is cleaning equipment and fluids provided for your use during your stay.

There will be a charge for any rubbish left inside which will be deducted from your bond.

Parking

There is a stone parking bay outside the caravan, please do not park on the grassed area, any damage to grassed area may result in part or all of your bond being retained.

Reimbursements will only be made (excluding deposit) if notification is received more than 12 weeks before the start of your holiday(this only applies for bookings made through the booking platform). If your holiday is cancelled less than 12 weeks before, without a valid medical reason, no reimbursement will be made.

Please note that we do not own the caravan site and therefore cannot accept liability for alterations to the facilities from those advertised.

We strongly recommend that you take out insurance for your holiday to provide extra protection should the holiday not go according to plan.

Golden Gate Holiday Centre is situated in Towyn on the North Wales Coast. About a 1 hour drive from North-West England this is a family run park.

A large park set within 28 acres, Golden Gate is situated in Towyn within easy reach of the towns of Rhyl, Colwyn Bay, Llandudno and Conwy, and has many facilities on the holiday centre to help you enjoy yourself.
