A 42ft x 13ft static caravan has a great layout with a very nice wrap around kitchen. The kitchen offers easy access through a door to a living room which has a free standing sofa. There is also an ottoman that folds out to a sofa bed. There is also an electric flame effect fire which gives extra comfort on chilli nights. Fully equipped with everything you need for your holiday. It has central heating also double glazed. Large outside decking with seating area. All beds will be made on arrival ( bring your own bath towels). Kitchen has kettle, toaster and a built in microwave, fridge and separate freezer. Dishwasher  next to sink.All pots and pans provided, small air fryer. Wine fridge  also included. Gas hob,  5 rings, oven also separate grill. Tea towels and hand towels provided also cleaning materials. Tea coffee and sugar are also provided.  Master bedroom has a king sized bed and has its own en-suite  shower and wc. The second  bathroom has a  jacuzzi bath and shower. Both have mirrored cabinets for toiletries. Bath mats provided. Hand towels provided. The small bedroom has a television. The living room has an electric fire and TV, dvd player. A few dvd,s and a couple of books. Pets are welcome. Please bring a blanket to cover settee if pet sits on the settee. .Decking enclosed with a gate with a  sofa and two chairs also a table.Please note that the electrical rating of the caravan is not sufficient to enable charging of electrical vehicles. Please therefore ensure that you do not charge any electrical vehicles. If it is found that excessive usage of the electricity supply has occurred by the charging of such a vehicle, then the hirer will be responsible for the payment of the electricity during the term of their hire.

Full name and address also email address must be provided.  I also require a valid mobile number. How many guests and how many pets. Please bring your own dog bedding to cover beds if your dog sleeps with you. The throws on the beds are for your own personal use  Under the dangerous dogs Act 1991, no dogs on the list are allowed on the park.  The AmericanXL bully breed has been added. All bookings made will be secured with a £75.00  deposit, this secures your date and is fully refundable at the end of your stay once our cleaner has gone in and inspected the caravan and has been left as when you arrived , bins emptied  and no breakages.  The deposit is non refundable if holiday is cancelled.  All money must be paid in full 28 days before arrival. Security deposit will not be refunded if full payment is not received.  I will send confirmation through email once deposit is received and again after full payment is received. Deposit refunded within 72 hours.

Check out strictly 10am as the cleaner will need to get the caravan ready for next guests.
