As new owners of the caravan in 2024,we have extensively refurbished, including double glazing, a lovely new bathroom with large shower, new laminate flooring and carpets and all new kitchen appliances making it a lovely place to stay. The caravan is situated in a quiet area of the site with sea views. Up to 2 dogs are welcome at no additional charge (with prior arrangement) but must not be left alone in the caravan.
The caravan is non smoking or vaping.
Our caravan has 2 bedrooms , one double and one twin with new mattresses and bedding. Both bedrooms have built in wardrobes and electric heating. Bed linen is provided and beds will be made up for your arrival, please bring your own towels.
Our lounge area has comfortable seating, a dining table and a new electric fire as well as a freeview TV and DVD player with a choice of family friendly DVD's.
There is a well equipped Kitchen with new oven/hob, fridge, microwave, cutlery crockery etc.
Outside there is a decking area with room for the table and 4 chairs which are available in the storage box, along with a windbreak and buckets and spades for your days out at the beach. There is also ample space on the grassed area next to the caravan for both parking and play.
Gas and Electric are included in the price.
All gas appliances are fully serviced and a copy of the current gas safety certificate is available in our welcome folder.
Wifi is available on the site through camping connect (at extra cost). Should you prefer to use our TP link, unlimited data is available with prior arrangement at a cost of £10 per week.
The site has a coin operated launderette.
The award winning sandy beach is less than 5 minutes walk away. It is also dog friendly. Cromer and it's famous pier are a pleasant stroll along the beach. For the more adventurous the Norfolk coastal path passes the site. East Runton village is less than 5 minutes walk away. It has a well stocked grocery shop, 2 pubs and a fish and chip shop.

Maximum occupancy for the caravan is 4 guests.

Access is from 3pm, departure by 10 am
A £100 non refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance must be paid at least 6 weeks before your arrival date.
Payments can be made by Bank transfer or cheque.

The Gap Caravan Site is located in a fantastic position, footsteps away from the beach, on the cliff tops of East Runton in North Norfolk, just over a mile away from Cromer town centre.
The park has remarkable views of the sea and the surrounding countryside. Cromer pier, church and lighthouse can also be seen from most parts of the site. There is a slope opposite our entrance which goes straight down to East Runton's very own Blue Flag beach, leading to hours of fun to be had building sandcastles or searching for crabs in the rock pools at low tide. East Runton also offers two pubs, a Greek restaurant, Fish & Chips and a convenience shop. Within waking distance is the town of Cromer, with it's Blue Flag sandy beaches, famous pier, Church, numerous cafes and shops, museum, cinema and the end of pier 'Seaside Special' shows. There is also a train station which runs direct to the fine city of Norwich, which is 40 minutes away.
Sheringham, a short five minute drive away, is another busy seaside town. It has the 'Splash' Leisure Pool as well as beautiful gardens to see at Priory Maze and Gardens. There is also the opportunity to hop on the North Norfolk Steam Railway to take a ride to the Georgian town of Holt.
Whatever time of year you choose to holiday at Gap Caravan Park you are bound to find plenty to see and do and one thing is certain - one visit is never enough...
