Separate dining area with table and chairs, and a well equipped kitchen.
Spacious decking to the side with a bench to take in the views, there is a barbeque, folding table and chairs  for outdoor dining.

The master bedroom has generous cupboard space and a door leading to the bathroom.
The twin bedroom has ample cupboard space.
There is a double pull out bed in the living room.
Pillows and duvets are provided. You will need to bring your own bed linen and towels.

A mandatory site pass is required and is obtained from reception on arrival.

Check in time is 4pm on the day of arrival and check out time is 10am on the day of departure.

1. On making a booking, a £50.00 deposit per week booked is required to secure it. The booking deposit is non-refundable in the event of cancellation within 42 days of the holiday start..
2. All balances must be received 42 days before arrival otherwise the caravan is liable to be re-let with loss of monies paid.
3. No parties of unaccompanied teenagers or single sex groups accepted.
4. We will endeavour to have your accommodation ready for your occupation by the time stated on your confirmation letter. This time cannot be guaranteed however, if there are extenuating circumstances beyond our control. On departure date, accommodation must be vacated by the time stated on your booking form. Late checkouts are no longer available.
5. All damage deposits are fully refundable providing the conditions stated below and on your checkout are met upon inspection. Housekeeping deposits are refunded within 5 days after your departure.
6. No extra persons allowed above permitted number of berths in any accommodation.
7. The hirer cannot accept any responsibility for the breakdown or malfunction of any equipment in any accommodation but will endeavour to repair or replace the equipment as soon as possible.
8. The hirer reserves the right to enter any accommodation at any reasonable time for the purpose of checking condition, emergency or any repairs.
9. The hirer reserves the right to refuse any booking for any reason expressed or otherwise.
10. The hirer reserves the right to evict anyone causing a nuisance or damage, without refund.

THIS IS A SELF-CATERING HOLIDAY, YOU WILL NEED TO PROVIDE YOUR OWN BED LINEN AND TOWELS.

OUR HOUSEKEEPING STAFF WILL INSPECT THE ACCOMMODATION AFTER YOUR DEPARTURE. PLEASE LEAVE THE ACCOMMODATION IN A CLEAN AND TIDY CONDITION WITHOUT DAMAGE READY FOR THE NEXT OCCUPANTS.

Sunnysands Caravan Park is situated on the shores of Cardigan Bay, three miles north of Barmouth, Mid Wales. From the windows of the caravans you can look straight ahead to Cardigan Bay, westwards across Tremadoc Bay to Pwllheli and Bardsey Island, southwards to Barmouth and the Cader mountain range and Northwards away into Snowdonia. Behind the park lie the Ardudwy mountains.

The pinelog swimming pool has an adjoining toddlers splash pool and solarium. In the Amusement Arcade there is a selection of games machines and prize Bingo. The Lobster Pot Fish 'n' Chip Take-Away and Pool Side Coffee Shop provide meals from breakfast to late evening. The site shop is open every day for all your household needs, including fresh milk, bread and newspapers. The site also has a launderette, post box and telephones. Boats can be launched with direct access from Park to beach.
