Our spacious 3 bedroom Caravan is situated on a corner plot with sea views, a large field for kids to run around and direct access to the beach. The caravan site is situated next to a beautiful, quiet, clean beach, just a stones throw away from the caravan. Our site offers a small heated outdoor swimming pool with a separate toddler pool and slide. A large clubhouse with plentiful seated tables, a dance floor, entertainment every Saturday evening and other evenings in peak times. There are pool tables,  various games machine and a mini arcade. There are also numerous tv's around to watch any sporting events. The bar is adequately stocked and offer meals. Free WiFi is available throughout the club house. Coast cafe is also situated on site offering breakfasts, lunch and dinners. Take aways also available. There is also a laundrette on site and a huge selection of dvd's that can be borrowed in the same building. We love this as it reminds us of the blockbuster days. 

The cafe and swimming pool are seasonal so may be closed in the quieter months. 

We are right on the edge of Mundesley, with a direct walk into the village. Mundesley is a charming, traditional seaside village with a beautiful blue flag beach. There are many local amenities such as pubs, cafes, bakery, mini golf, seafront promenade, maritime museum, post office, several shops, a skate park, large playing park and clifftop gardens.

We are also 15 minutes (5 miles) away from Cromer, which is famous for its crab, pier and pavilion theater. There are lots of attractions here all year around and is a great place to explore. 

There is a bus service that operates every hour from the front of the site. Our site is a great base for exploring Cromer, Sheringham, Holkham, Holt, Cley, Blakeney, Norwich, the Norfolk broads, just to name a few. 

The first bedroom has a king-size bed with a small vanity table, stool and mirror. There is a single wardrobe and storage above and next to the bed. 

The second bedroom has double bed, which can be moved into 2 singles if required. A mirror, single wardrobe and storage under, over and next to the bed. 

The third bedroom has 2 single beds. A mirror, single wardrobe and storage under, over and next to the beds.

There is a sofa bed situated in the living room.

There is a bathroom with a toilet shower and sink and a separate toilet with sink. 

There are hooks to hang coats in the hallway. 

There is an open plan living area with French doors onto the decking, overlooking the sea.

The living room is spacious with a comfy corner sofa that turns into a sofa bed, an electric fire and loads of games and books.

In the kitchen you will find a full sized fridge freezer, kettle, toaster and all the equipment you will need for your stay. There is a gas cooker, pots, pans, cups, plates, bowls, cafetiere, teapot, cuttlery, utensils and glasses. 

Next to the kitchen is a corner dining table, that will comfortably fit 6 adults and 8 at a squeeze. 

Outside as mentioned we have the decking area with sea views. A perfect place to sit and relax.

There is space to park a car and further spaces on the road in front of the caravan. 

We have a small patio area surrounded by a small garden. 

No dogs permitted in this caravan please, and the caravan is strictly non smoking at all times. The charging of electric cars is strictly NOT PERMITTED using caravan electric supplies.

Gas is included in the price of your stay.

There will be £25 of electricity added before your stay. This is more than adequate for your stay, if you do use it all up then instructions on how to add more will be in the caravan at your cost.

A non refundable deposit of £100 secures your booking. The remaining balance is due 4 weeks prior to arrival please, however if your holiday is less than 4 weeks away you will be required to pay the full amount at the time of booking. Failure to do so will result in your booking being cancelled.

A refundable house keeping/breakages deposit of £50 is also required at this time, and will be returned after your holiday providing the caravan is left in a good satisfactory condition.

Only those persons named on the booking form can stay at the caravan. 

No smoking, no charging of electric cars or dogs permitted.

By booking, guests agree to abide by the site rules, a copy of which is left inside the caravan. Any guests found breaking the site rules may be removed from the caravan site and no refund will be issued. 

Arrival from Saturday 3pm - Departure from Saturday 10am.

Holidays are Sat-Sat but other dates can be arranged, please contact if required and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Trimingham House Caravan Park, a friendly caravan park located just 5 miles east of Cromer in North Norfolk. The park is spread over 23 acres with spectacular sea views and sandy beach access.

Facilities on this friendly and family orientated park include a recently refurbished lub House with Pool Tables and Games Arcade Room, New Outdoor Heated Pool, Toddlers Splash Pool with Slide - all with changing facilities, two Recreational Fields, a Cafe/Restaurant, Laundrette and Small Shop.
